There were no major issues! The power cut out a couple of times when we accidentally turned on the kettle whilst air cons were on, and we had to find the circuit breakers downstairs, but Candida had warned us about this so it was no surprise. It's worth noting you do have to climb a few floors stairs to reach the apartment but again this was expected.

The apartment was very spacious and light, with very comfortable bedrooms and good facilities as well as being located a very easy walk from the Old town, and only 5 minutes from a supermarket, bus stop or small beach or bar. The stay was perfect for us as two couples with one extra person, and would work well for a family with three kids or a group of friends too. Everything worked well and Candida explained everything in the apartment thoroughly as well as leaving us some leaflets with local recommendations and some snacks which were much appreciated. The apartment is well air conditioned and equipped with washing machine and line, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine etc.

The apartment was stunning, so big, clean & comfortable. It is in a fantastic location, near everything.😊 Candida was waiting to meet us even though we didn't arrive until near midnight & she had lovely mini pizzas made for us. Candida's apartment was beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean and tidy, with the excellent location and lovely garden. We felt like at home. Everything what we needed was available, in the bathroom (hair dryer, soap, plenty towels...), as well as in the kitchen. As a parent of 2 small kids I am used to cook and was really surprised how well equipped was the kitchen. When we arrived at night, there were even the coffee capsules ready for morning coffee :), bottles of water in the fridge. Mrs Candida is such a lovely lady. She welcomed us with the sweets and was really very helpful during the whole stay. We would highly recommend her property. Thank you once again for provided services. :) Jana & Kristian

The second bathroom had a shower over the bath but no curtain and the shower unit was very low which meant it was awkward . Other than that everything was fine

Small things that would’ve made it 100% perfect for us would be sugar to go either the coffee pods provided, some basic kitchen essentials like oil, salt & pepper. A little bit of washing detergent for the washing machine even if enough for one load of washing and we prefer if toiletries were provided even if just body wash. But none of this is serious, it is still a wonderful and beautiful apartment

Fantastic LARGE apartment and well located! Our family of 4 (2 adult sons) appreciated having our own bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! We loved sitting on the balcony after a long day. Well equipped and a short walk to the historical centre. Candida was lovely and helpful. We were welcomed with a beautiful selection of homemade biscuits and some drinks in the fridge (nice touch:))

Parking seemed difficult at first but once you get to know the streets around the apartment we found a space without too much trouble. The easiest parking is found in the streets behind the house if you go out through the garden. Hire a small car!

Excellent location with easy walking distance to town. Lovely little garden to sit in. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Attentive host. Clean and newly furnished. Would not hesitate to recommend.

To note the apartment was up a few flights of stairs and no lift so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Everything was wonderful and Candida was so helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they arrived the next day.

After a long day of travel to Alghero, it was a delight to arrive at such a clean, bright and comfortable apartment that is so nicely furnished and well presented. The air conditioning was wonderful and all the facilities. There is a lovely garden to enjoy. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town, the area is quiet. Candida was there upon arrival and showed us everything.

Candida met us with the keys and is very friendly with a plate of delicious biscuits and coffee. Fabulous spacious apartment. Balcony all around. Perfect location, only a couple of minutes walk to Old Town and the promenade along the sea. I would highly recommend.

We really loved our stay in Sardinia & it made it so much better to stay in this beautiful apartment! Candida greeted us with refreshments and an overview of the apartment, herself & her husband were extremely helpful even letting us store our luggage & ringing a taxi for us , even though we had no Italian and them no English, we got on perfectly! The apartment is so clean , beautifully decorated & well equipped with everything you would need to be home away from home. It was a short walk to the old town with all the lovely shops, restaurants & bars and the port ! Also a little cafe with great coffee beside the apartments and another one a block down .. If I was going back to Alghero this is where I would stay again!

Very nice apartment with great facilities in a central location. Walking distance to harbour and old town. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Candida was a very helpful and professional host. We would definitely stay there again.
