During our stay we couldn't take a shower properly because of the lack of the hot water. It got fixed the other day.

Having no reception has its advantage as we were able to go directly to our room when we arrived but not having someone to talk to has its disadvantages. I was not made aware that the confirmation for stay extension would have to be communicated as early as possible. I found it out only on the morning we are checking out that I cannot extend anymore.

Few steps away from Roma termini. It was very convenient since we arrived late at night. The room is very modern, no need for keys as it has electronic access. I don’t have to worry of losing the key. Room is of decent size with a big window. I like also the soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Coffeemaker didn't work. The road in front of the hotel is a bit sketchy to arrive to at night by yourself. Many homeless people and vendors. Breakfast wasn't as good and plentiful as seems in the photos.

Next to the train station. Self check-in. Provides shampoo and conditioner as well as a good functioning hairdryer for long hair. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Appreciated the large water bottle in the room courtesy of the hotel.

The hotel operates as a VIRTUAL hotel, which means that there is NO staff on-site. This was fine for us, but I ran into a guest who was having trouble checking in because he hadn't completed the online check-in prior to arriving, which is required to get a room number and keypad code for access to the room. To check-in, you need a link from a WhatsApp text or via an email. Unfortunately, the links in the email don't work, so if you don't have WhatsApp you're kinda screwed. In the room itself, we were unable to turn the air conditioning on, as the HVAC was set to "winter heat mode" in late March, despite 70-degree weather. Not a major issue, but a small quibble. There are two entrances to the hotel -- through an attached restaurant or via a gated courtyard. Neither was super clear. Finally, a note on the location. The proximity to the train station is both a positive and a negative, as the area directly around the train station feels slightly skeevy. Again, we had no issue, but you shouldn't be surprised.

We had an extremely short (8 hours) overnight stay at numa | Linea, a VIRTUAL hotel. We had an early morning flight home and needed a place to stay near the Roma Termini train station, so we could easily catch a bus to the airport. The room was extremely clean and comfortable -- we had the family studio -- but it was odd in other ways.

Room was a touch small, its somewhat lucky I'm also fairly small (if you're on the bigger side then you might struggle with the bathroom especially). If you're travelling alone be aware that the area around is friendly (I didn't encounter problems) but don't let your guard down too much.

Room was perfectly fine for solo travellers. If all you need is a bed and a shower (as I do) then you're all set. Close to the train station and there is a large number of good restaurants nearby for your evening meals.

The area is a little dangerous at night. We were contacted a couple of days before our stay that there is an issue with the water pressure and it could be that its not resolved until we'd come and we're given the option to cancel the booking for free. A day prior to our trip we called the hotel to see what the case was and they reassured us that our room was not affected by the issue and that it was an automatic email to all customers. Unfortunately all 4 days the water pressure was extremely low and the temperature unstable, so taking a shower was a challenge.. we contacted them twice and both times they said that they are aware of the problem and that the technicians are working on that. If we knew that we'd have trouble taking a shower we would have indeed cancelled the booking.

The breakfast was not what was promised. Also, the location was not great. We, as a family with a 6 year old child, had a room in a higher floor. I do recommend to book rooms in higher floors where the noise from the streets is not that big.

Perfect communication with the hotel staff. All information we needed were wery well communicated. The room was clean, very nice and spacious enough for 2 adults nad 1 child. Despite the location was not the best, the advantage was we had only 5mins to get to the train station to get a train to the airport. Also close to the city centre.

The location is totally unsafe, full of pickpockets, I think also robberies can be possible easily in this area because in very clear time of the day and very busy area someone tried to take the money from my mother's Pouch bag! the hotel doesn't have reception and the main gate lock was not working. there is a restaurant under the hitel but on weekends specially Sunday they are mostly closed. if you have to stay in this hotel surely forget the weekend because there is no police in the area, then you can expect any problems. the reception is just accessible with whatsapp and normally is a bot.

The location was far from the main attractions. . Everything else was perfect

There was a technical problem in the building and they warned us before we came. They gave us the choice to go to another complex of their apartments in a different location close to Trastevere for the same price (numa l verso). I liked everything except the location. Very clean apt and excellent communication! I like the digital check in and out.

I'm disappointed with our stay at this hotel for five days and four nights, as we faced a continuous hot water problem. The water never got hot; instead, it remained warm, and after 10 minutes, it turned freezing cold. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide housekeeping services for stays under eight nights and didn't even collect the trash from our room. However, after requesting assistance from the online service, they agreed to remove the trash once. Despite informing the online service about the hot water issue, we received a 15% discount and vouchers, which we never received during our stay.

First of all, I want to mention that the hotel provided us with a room before the check-in time, which was very convenient for us. The hotel is located near Rome Termini and close to the ancient Roman Empire heritage buildings. The check-in process was fully automated without any human involvement.

Even though it was my second visit to Rome ,i didnt feel safe around the hotel especially in the evening and at night ..(Some people offer you anything while you walking around).Terrifiying.

Its located a few mns far from the central station "Termini" where you can reach airport directly by bus or train .Termini metro station is also just around the corner. I know already this hotel chain from Berlin it feels good staying here .Excellent welcoming,endless informations when you request or need.Easy access to room by your own phone and many more ..
