The stairs were quite uncomfortable to climb. For my father who has some back issues, it was a bit challenging. But overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy place in Monopoly!

I booked a room in July for my parents, and they had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, clean and really nice. The air conditioning worked perfectly which was a huge plus in July.

Our stay at Casa Perugini in Monopoli was absolutely superb! The location was ideal, not only did we enjoy the charm and beauty of Monopoli itself, but we were also perfectly situated to explore nearby gems like Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Bari, and Ostuni with ease. Silvia was a fantastic host, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality made our experience even more special. We would absolutely love to return and will definitely be reaching out to reconnect when we do!

Issues with hot water when more than an apartment using shower at same time.

Great location. Important to be aware it’s a historical zone so there is no parking available. You need to park the car around 500m to 1km away.

Nothing - just be aware that there are four apartments one on each floor so there is a climb up to the top apartment if that’s the one you book - we were in the first floor apartment which was perfect and we are a couple in our sixties!!!

This is a beautiful property spotlessly clean in the heart of the old town but down a lovely quiet street and only a short distance from the local beach. The property is absolutely spotless simply furnished with a tiny kitchen perfect for making a bit of breakfast in the morning. The rooftop area is fantastic and perfect to go up and read a book and listen to the sound of the birds and the toll of the church bells - stunning!!! There are lots of restaurants just keep walking through all of the little windy streets and on each corner you will find a new one - Monopoli is absolutely beautifully and I have no hesitation in recommending this property - Sylvia is a perfect host and communication with her was prompt and helpful at all times.

We were stay in the ground floor apartment where the humidity is higher. After 3 days the bed linen and towels were damp which gave them a rather unpleasant feeling. Also, the extendable armchair is quite uncomfortable even for a child.

The location is very well positioned in the old town. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We really liked the terrace on the top floor.

VERY noisy neighbors across the street. Shouting at each other for 3 days from 5 to 23. I dont think its there all the time, we’ve just been unlucky.

The location was super central yet it was still quiet at night when we went to sleep, you really feel like you’re amongst all the locals.

The noise from the stairwell is disturbing when ppl leave/arrive. The stairs are very steep in parts so be mindful if you’re not physically fit.

Easy instructions for arrival. Location of accom very good, right in the middle of many restaurants and close to waterfront. The room was spacious, small kitchenette, good sized bathroom, and very clean. Air con worked well.

The curtains weren’t great which made the room very light at the night. Also, there were no staff at the location other than the daily cleaner.

Monopoli is lovey city, I can't but recommend Casa Perugini for visiting it. Apartment is located in calm historical center with restaurants in walking distance.

The pull out bed was broken so we couldn’t use it but the double bed was very comfortable
