Room service is not included in the apartments. we stayed there for 9 nights and every time we had to ask for clean towels, when we asked when would the room would be serviced they said that there was an extra fee for it. We ended up asking for the sheets which they agreed to give to us for free so we made the room ourselves. We stayed there as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children, ages 6 and 1.5y). However the room was set up as 3, the extra bed didn't have sheets, we had to improvise in the first night and then we asked for extra bedsheet and towels the next day and there was always resistance from the staff to give us the extra towels and sheets. This happened every time we asked for fresh towels, only 3 were given and we had ask for an extra one every time. The playground is quite hidden and not very well maintained. They could improve that area considering the amount of guests with children.

We stayed in the apartments which are right beside the main hotel building. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the hotel is very well maintained, with many plants and flowers everywhere. There is a shuttle van to bring the guests from/to the beach and it brings you the their private beach. Which is also very well set up! As we stayed in the apartments, the breakfast wasn't included. Across the street there is a cafe where we ended up having breakfast every day and it was great. However, the hotel breakfast looked amazing! If we ever stay again, I would stay in the main hotel just to avail of the breakfast. The hotel has two swimming pools and lots of chairs. The pools were never too busy, which is great! The hotel restaurant is lovely and very fancy. There are plenty of restaurant options near the hotel and many with great reviews!

The 3 bed room is to small for 3 people :( But for two it was perfect.

The hotel is wonderful. The private beach is clean and the stuff was amazing. The swimming pool is also great.

The apartment wasn´t cleaned properly before our arrival (there were stains on the bed cover and table linen). The furniture was outdated. In the bathroom there was no towel rail and in the shower was mold (it was immediately cleaned after we had complained about it). The kitchenette wasn´t fully equipped. Generally, the apartment didn´t meet four-star-hotel criteria. Next time we would choose for our stay a room in the new part of the hotel.

We appreciated the hotel beach and the staff in the beach bar, the surroundings of the apartments and near car park to the apartments.

We loved staying in our own little apartment while having a shuttle to the beach, two pools and a restaurant available. Everything was great.

Apartment with no soundproofing Kitchen and kitchen ware are heavily used. No kettle. Bathroom required refreshment.

Very stylish, clean and comfortable territory at the hotel. Beautiful garden near Apartments Sunbeds and beach bar was perfect. Beach was not crowded with clean sea and nice sand.

We stayed in the self-catering apartment. I think there was lots of little things missing to make the stay more pleasant: They charge €15 a night for a cot (we did not get one), the shower area was very moldy and somewhat dirty, the kitchen area lacked basic things (sponge and dish soap, tea towel to dry dishes, the hob was hard to light, we had to venture with a lighter - not safe - the toilet seat was loose, which made it very annoying).

Location was great! The beach nearby is very calm, clean and the hotel facilities and staff at the beach were amazing. Great for an early summer family vacation. The swimming pools were also amazing 😀 for kids and adults. Close to a variety of restaurants and markets. Also very close to Paestum museum (which was a great visit for a rainy day)

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff with all our requests (thanks again especially to Silvio). Peaceful swimming pools and private beach. Enjoyable breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from the main touristic area (Amalfi, Positano…) but it was only for the better ! We enjoyed our tranquility even more after visiting these super crowded places while it was not even the touristic period yet.

the apartment it was tired, but very clean and acceptable

amazing hotel and everything was brilliant, apart from the apartment room, such as shame, i was a little tired and didn't align to the rest of the hotel which was superb. Gt this bit right it would be unbelievable.

Self contained apartments were a little dated and worn in places. Staff not overly helpful. Wasn’t a problem but they could’ve been friendlier maybe ?

We loved the hotel, especially the breakfast and facilities. Very comfortable beds and great large balcony.

We travelled with a service dog and could not dine in the restaurant NOR would the maitre d accomodate us by serving us on the outside terrace. I guess it was TOO MUCH WORK. The patio was adjacent to the dining room , a matter of 2 to 3 metres extra walking.

EXCELLENT room and location. Good private parking.

Customer service was a bit slow, seemed to be alot of staff around but too busy chatting amongst themselves to be helpful.

Was easy to find, we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food was fabulous.
