The host is especially wonderful! She greeted us as the family, with plates full of pastry , food , drinks , wine and so much more. Such a wonderful host! We stayed in many places in Italy during our vacation and this was by far the best of all. We had everything we could possibly need. Barbara was also replying to our messages very promptly....and the questions were about recommendations of good local restaurants. The apartment is meticulous, clean, comfortable for a family of 4 and more. It is located in the very center of the town close to groceries, restaurants, bus and train stop. There was no noise, even though it is the busy part of the town. Both bedrooms had air-conditioning. All cooking supplies, dishes, cleaning supplies and washing machine, which was very convenient. The best of all is the host! Many thanks Barbara for everything and for making our stay pleasant!

Exceptional detail for guest arrival. Abundance of provisions were provided in food, drink and bathroom items. The apartment is well appointed and welcoming. Great location. Our host, Barbara, was the best. If we could give this 11/10 we would.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything!! Giorgio was there to meet us even though our train was a bit late. No self check-in here! Apartment was amazing. Loads of provisions and even catered for our special diet. Fridge was also full and we had everything we needed. Very well furnished and great to have a washing machine after travelling for a few days. Short walk to the train, shopping on our doorstep and a short walk to the waterfront. Giorgio also gave us tips of places to visit. Best place we stayed in over the nearly 3 weeks we were in Europe.

We loved Giorgio and Barbara's apartment! Clean, comfortable, all the necessary things are available. They left us a fridge full of various drinks, as well as freshly baked focaccia and various breakfast snacks. Very convenient location. The city beach is a 7-minute walk, the train and bus station is a 10-minute walk. We were very pleased with our vacation!

Everything! The host, Barbara, sets a very high bar for any other host. The apartment was spacious, with many provisions. Plus, Barbara provides MANY, pantry and fridge items, along with treats. Her communication was excellent, and helpful both before and during our stay. Congratulations Barbara!

The hosts , Giorgio and Barbara, are without a doubt the best thing of this property. They are great, always willing to go the extra mile. They left snacks and beverages in the apartment , were always available and even helped me with my car problem ! The apartment is excellent as well. Located within walking distance to everything in Rapallo , it was exactly as advertised in the pictures . Very well equipped as well Thank you Giorgio and Barbara !

The only thing that would make the stay more comfortable is air conditioning, however fans were provided in every room which helped with the summer heat!

We loved the central location of this apartment. The host was very gracious, allowing us to collect the keys early, and welcomed us with an abundance of treats, snacks and breakfast options for our stay!

No air con but 2 strong fans were provided (which were a little noisy at night-time).

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and plenty of free food and provisions given to us by our host. Easy to find, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Apartment was plenty big enough for 4 adults, only 5 minutes walk to the town centre, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by. Excellent communications with our host, they also allowed us leave our bags in the apartment for a few hours after we checked out which was much appreciated. Mille grazie!

The pillows were spongy and the second bedroom was quite small for two teenage girls.

The kind host who greeted us and explained everything about the apartment. The very generous provisions (food and drinks) left for us. The location was excellent, close to all amenities and the beachfront.

There was nothing that we didn't like about this apartment.

Barbara the host was so friendly and helpful and gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived. The host provides a welcome tray with some snacks for when you arrive so that you can have a snack whilst you settle in. Everything you might need for a short stay in an apartment is provided for. An array of snacks and cereals, teas and coffee and milk. You have everything you need for cooking and cleaning as well. The apartment itself was beyond our expectations!! So spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and organised... We really felt at home.

No air conditioning on the walls or in the bedrooms. there was one fan which was helpful but not quite enough for 4 guests on a warm night.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and left all sorts of snacks and drinks. The location was great
