The foam mattress was a bit soft, but that is down to our personal preference

The Location of the property is perfect a 10 minute walk from the boat stop for to and from the airport. It is has so many restaurants and bars very near and supermarkets, but away from the expensive main square. A lovely touch from the hosts leaving some fresh treats for breakfast and tea & Coffee & a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. On arriving later in the evening the host very kindly took my partner to the supermarket to show where it was to get some essentials. The view eating breakfast and watching the boats & gondola's go by the windows is lovely and gives you the feeling of living in Venice.

Everything perfect, great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Great communication with roberto and his son tobia, we arrived late due to a flight delayed, and they waited for us to do the check in. Thanks guys !

Perfect little place for two. Spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped, the owners had thought of everything you could possibly need. Owners were welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. Excellent value for notoriously expensive Venice

Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Apartment was clean, compact and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable bed and a quiet location but close to the heart of Venice - also within 50metres of two excellent restaurants.

It's a hidden gem. The apartment was very modern and we'll thought out. The owners were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Location was brilliant, with restaurants within 2 minutes walk or a choice of local supermarkets. The apartment was quiet in the day and at night and cool with the essential air conditioning. I will be going back.

great location - away from the busy areas of Venice so get a bit of peace n quiet all times of the day but also close to everything aswell Hosts were very welcoming and made sure we knew the ins and outs of everything before leaving us with the apartment. kitchen was well equiped and hosts left us with a bottle of wine and prosecco also.

Within the historical house the owner built a wonderful and comfortable apartment, using clever and beautiful features to use every inch of it. We liked the beautiful inventions and enjoyed the taste of the house.

Great location in a quieter part of Venice, populated by locals with a good selection of restaurants and bars and easy transport links. The apartment was cleverly designed to make maximum use of space and the pull down bed was very comfy. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming with Prosecco and very local speciality biscuits.

The bed mattress was high quality but a little soft for us, that’s simply a personal preference thing and we’re sure it would suit others perfectly. Having to go home was the only other issue!

Brilliantly located, close enough for an easy walk to the centre yet quiet and relaxed with great restaurants and supermarket close by. Nadia and Roberto were very welcoming and took great care to talk us through the facilities. The apartment is very well thought out, finished to a high standard and superbly equipped. We wanted for nothing and were able to relax straight away. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I loved everything about the property except for the fact you are expected to bring your bin bags to the waste collection point in Venice, who work from 6:30-8:30am. This was a bit inconvenient to be up and ready to do that so early in the morning. I feel like this could’ve been done by the host as they brought their bins out too. Regardless, this stay is well worth it and I would recommend it to anyone! I can’t wait to come back and visit again! Gratzie! 🤍🤍

The location and balcony were excellent! it was a once in a lifetime Airbnb for me. Living on the canal of Venice was a dream! The studio had everything I needed. They provided everything and more. The hosts live next door so they were there for everything I needed. They supplied bottled water, Prosecco, pasta, sauces, tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc! The equipment was outstanding and the hob cooked my food quicker than I’ve ever seen! They also responded very quickly to texts if you need! They accommodated my late check in at no extra charge. I really appreciated that so much. The location is excellent with a local supermarket less than a 3 minute walk away. The best way to discover Venice is to get lost. Just keep walking and you’ll always end up somewhere. As a solo traveller I was hesitant to take a gondola ride as I know they’re expensive but I found one for €20 with a group and I would definitely recommend it! Reminder: Google maps will take you to the owners door when you should be on the other side of the house with the arch for your own private door.
