The receptionist seemed a bit in a rush when doing the check- in and then when I requested some information. But maybe was something specific that happened during my stay. He was still friendly.

Apartment was clean and in good conditions. Beds were very comfy, place well located and friendly staff.

Nice location next to the vaporetto stop for Burano. Within walking distance from Rialto Bridge. Nice apartment with all the amenities. Really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place - it really has a balcony and it is a nice place to take some pictures. Close to one port and so can easily go to other islands. Well ventilated rooms. The staffs are very helpful. We arrived there one hour earlier and they let us check-in as soon as the room is cleaned. Will definitely book that room again if I comes back to Venice again.

The shower was old and the cell was tight.

Everything, very new and very clean! The beds were very comfy. The location was awsome and the price for all that more then fair.

Most of the towels were worn out and some of them had stains of food. On the second day the towels were not changed although we had put them on the floor to be changed. The cleaning staff just picked up the towels and hung them on the hook. And the shampoos were not refilled, which we noticed at night when nobody was at the reception, so we could only use the solid soap. No toothbrush first of all. I understand hotels in Venezia cost high, but expected those minimum amenities and service to be provided if it's rated as a 3-star hotel.

The location was good, a few minutes from the vaporetto stop, Fondamenta Nove. Just next to a magnificent church. You can see the street down from the windows, but with them closed it wasn't noisy at all because of the soundproof windows. The receptionist was friendly.

The breakfast is served by nearby restaurant. Croissant and coffee are fabulous. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious with good views.

There was a checklist of items in the apartment - each glass and spoon counted, which made me uncomfortable - it wasn't meant for us to know what's available for guests, but for the cleaner to know if we stole anything. It made this beautiful apartment feel like a student house, and like I have to check that everything is there since they ask for your credit card. No hair dryer, the bed was hard and the warm blanket was taken away after the first night, so we got very cold. Bathroom needs renovating.

We had the Apartment, which doesn't have any shared facilities - it's secluded from the rest of the building. It really feels more like an AirBNB apartment with cleaning service. It was stylishly renovated (except bathroom) with a nice kitchen. The water bus took us straight to the front of the apartment from the airport. It’s a quieter area but close to the busy popular areas (10 min walk).

Bathroom could use a bit of renovation. It is usable but not comfortable

Good spot for short visit in Venice. Located just next to the water bus stop from the airport and leaving to the other islands and locations in Venice. It is located as part of the church/hostel - we've booked "Superior" room, and it is separate from the main hostel, with separate entry, two story place. One queen bed and two singles. Breakfast option is simple, coffee and croissant arranged in nearby restaurant and it wasn't good - they said we can't sit outside as a hotel quests if we will not pay extra. Not something you expect. All in all - good option for short in and out in Venice from/to airport.

There was some noise from the nearby ships and ferries. However, once the windows were closed, it was much better. The breakfast options were limited to a choice of a croissant, coffee, and orange juice, which was typical of an Italian breakfast.

Our one-night stay at Collegio AMDG in Venice was fantastic. Everything was close by. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast was served at a nearby café.

It can be loud for some people as the boat ferry stop is just next to the building, and it is a very busy one. We walked a lot and were too tired to be bothered about that 😊

Everything was as described. I think it is good value for money and it's close to the centre. Lovely view from the window and good bathroom. Breakfast was minimalistic but very delicious. The staff were very helpful. Thank you.

No hair dryer, no cattle and no microwave (probably it’s also written in the description however I assumed there would be a hair dryer and a cattle, so I didn’t pay to much attention to check if they are listed there. So just to highlight this if someone is like me 😊

Clean, comfortable space with canal view which is 20 min walk distance from St. Marc square. When you leave the car at the parking you are taken by the boat to the station which is 2 min walking distance from the facility. All required information are very well provided and explained.

It’s so modern that we activated by accident request for assistance and it was imposible to turn it off.

Refurbished old convent into very spacious, modern place to stay. Comfortable, easy to leave the luggage before and after the check in, great location.

Breakfast was not a real breakfast you can get 1 coffee or bottle water or glass of juice with 1 croissant in a cafe near by where you are not allowed to sit down quite shocking experience to be honest

Room was spectacular very modern spacious and in a fantastic location if you don't mind nose made by constant boat traffic

accommodation - Everything in the room seemed new or very recently renovated, Space to fit five people, three large windows of facing the water, two of them with small balconies. The betting/sheets were of the highest quality. Location - perfect for travel to from the airport, train station, and nearby islands of Murano and Burano. The largest Vaporetto terminal in Venice is right there - under the windows of the apartment. Still, walking distance to the main attractions in Venice, and walking in Venice is always pleasant so I would consider a 15-20 minute walk to be actually an advantage :)

The stairs were too steep for me

The rooms and bed were comfortable, and the bathroom and towels were very clean. The location was perfect since you could have access to the boats just outside the property

There was a bed on top of my bed that was folded up. It was awkward sleeping underneath it - kept hitting body parts on it.
