The beds and pillows were rock hard so didn't sleep very well due to a bad back. Me and my partner had to wake up taking pain killers.

I could hear everything from the room next to mine and from the room above me, the steps of the people walking inside the room, the shower, etc.

The room and bathroom were bit small but for one or two nights that's not a problem.

Beautiful place in a great location. It's a shame that I was able to stay there only for one night, but for sure it's on my list if I will plan to go to Rome again.

Staff lovely showed us to our room sorted is with private transfer from airport and asked again if we needed another lift for the return trip. Kept our luggage even when checked out as train wasn’t until later on and cleaned the room really well during the day. Also mini bar was a nice touch along with the small bathroom kits like shower caps and cotton wool.

It’s a bit outdated specially the furniture . The rooms have no air conditioning for the spring so it became a bit warm but bearable. But we had everything we needed. The street is a bit noisy but tolerable at night.

The staff is AMAZING, Victor at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with everything! The location is the BEST. Only walking distance from the best spots to visit. The rooms are comfortable. It’s clean. Just the service you get from the staff is worth the stay.

The noise from the street, the hotel is located on a small street with a lot of restaurants. The noise from the restaurant and all the cars can be very loud.

The location is perfect, close to all the main attraction points.

We were moved to another building with a twin room not part of the hotel. I did agree to this, and although it was spotless and very comfortable we found it very stuffy. Plus we got lost twice trying to find it. I requested to be moved back to the main building after 2 day's there and they very kindly accommodated us. Without any fuss.

Location was amazing really close to everything 2 mins walk from the Spanish Steps. Room very clean and comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast there.

The room was tiny and when we questioned this, they said it was their biggest room which was very shocking, we went to Italy for the day for my friends birthday and felt there was no room to get ready comfortably as it was so tight.

The property was very beautifully decorated and in the perfect location.

We stayed in next to main hotel building. Because the apartment was narrow. it was a bit difficult to move with the baby stroller.

Workmanship of the rooms done in a hurry on the marble or porcelain and plumbing. The holes in the wall fir the basin mixers were a bit large in one example and not professionally done

The walls were paper thin and you could hear lots of noises from the neighbours or cleaning staff, making it hard to rest.

The location is excelent, right next to the Spanish Steps, and the room was very clean and well kept.
