All was great. One thing, make sure to go to the location on Via Farini not the one on Via Cavour as there is a new location there named Relais Cavour Inn but you need the one on Via Farini - Relais Conte di Cavour Deluxe.

The location is just a couple of walks away from the Roma Termini train station so it is easy walkable when you carry luggage. The facility has an elevator as well so no worries in dragging luggage up. The owner Consuelo was a sweetheart. She kept in touch with us to ensure we arrived there and to make sure we had all the necessities. She gave us a map with so many points of interests and places to eat. The room we staying in was impeccably clean and lovely.

1.) Location: Very conveniently located with 4-5 mins walk from Roma Termini via Cavour 2.) Host: Consuela was so helpful and meticulous in demonstrating the surrounding areas in the map, and other details about the rooms. 3.) Room: was immaculate. It was clean, it had electric kettle, fridge with water supply for the first day. 4.) Shower: was amazing and my kid loved it. The only thing is it could have had a hook to hang towel. 5.) Near-by walk: 15 mins to Colosseum.

Beautiful rooms set in a stunning building. Ideally situated for sightseeing and 5 minutes walk to the train station. Rooms were absolutely spotless and excellent facilities. Really comfortable and we slept so well. Consuela looked after us. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of where to go what to see and how to get there. Nothing was too much trouble for this lady. I would definitely recommend these rooms.

Not a negative about the property but people should be aware that, as it is a room only location, there is not a permanently staffed reception and it is preferred that guests check in before 4.30pm. There is an additional charge for check in after 8pm.

The rooms were a good size, very clean with good facilities in a location that felt safe. The building is a short walk from the main archeological sites and also 10 minute walk from Termini station. The host was very welcoming and gave us information on good local restaurants, sights and transport. She also responded very quickly when a problem arose one evening. We would definitely stay there again.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, but it's OK.

You can't beat the location. There are good restaurants and markets within walking distance as well as Roma Termini Station and Metro stops. Our host Consuelo was amazing and so helpful. She really made us feel at home and helped us understand how to move around through the city. Having an elevator to take luggage was great, as well as morning snacks to take as we walked out.

Everything is perfect! Location is near Termini station but you can see Rome attractions by foot. Host is very nice lady, she will do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoy it. I liked everything except for one thing. But here the claim is not to the owner and the room, but to the noise outside the window. Very noisy with an open window - but the center of Rome. Meantime you can sleep with close window as split system works good.

Beautiful old building. The room has all you need for a short stay. Fridge, lots of electronic plugs, and the lighting was great. Owner was wonderful. We arrived early and was allowed to check in to our room! Close to train station (5 min)

Superb location and, an excellent host. The host gave us a personally labeled map of Rome highlighting everything a tourist could need, including metro routes, bus routes, shopping centers, tried and tested restaurants, and of course the tourist attractions. We had the best information at our disposal as soon as we arrived. The host deserves a special compliment.

It's clean, like suuuper clean! You have all the room amenities that you need for your stay, and peace and quiet in your room which makes you sleep like a baby. Consuelo is an amazing host, you can count on her for any advice where to go, where and what to eat, what to visit and why. Location is pretty good 5 min walk from Rebubblica, 2 min walk from Termini and 20 min walk from the city centre and famous Spanish steps. Since you're close to Termini you'll be able to catch all the buses, metro and trains for every destination in and out of Rome. Book it and enjoy!💯!

Sometimes a bit of vibration, probably from the subway, but normal for Rome.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable, close to Termini station (about 300 metres). Consuelo was super friendly and helpful, always available for information. They take out the trash and make the bed every day. Amazing air conditioning! Good Wi-Fi. There were some free snacks in the lobby as well as coffee and tea. Relatively big room compared to other hotels in Rome. Reception is not 24/7 but the building is very secure.

Good location. Quite, even with a.c. on. Pleasant owners. Plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner. Only a couple blocks away from rail terminus.

This was a wonderful stay. The location was great, only a 5 minute work from Rome Termini and 15 minutes to the Colosseum. The room was perfect and a great size. By far the best part of our stay was the service we received. Consuelo was amazing and looked after us from the moment of booking. Everything was straight forward and the recommendations were excellent.
