Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Central aircon went off in the Middle of the night, the weather was particularly hot. We booked their restaurant Rigatoni,, the food was good, but despite being a hotel quest we were shown outside table next to noisy kitchen extract which was not the best.
Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Lovely large room, with big bathroom. Super location and great parking. Very good breakfast choice with super friendly staff. Parking is excellent and very easy route to the motorway. Certainly highly recommended. Overall another great stay and thank you to all the staff who are amazing.

Excellent location. ..lovely Staff and the Owner also has the Restaurant a few metres away from the Hotel where we had great food and again the Staff were really good..

Sound proofing between rooms was less than ideal, but that’s our only negative.
The staff were wonderful, as was the parking, and a convenient location. The hotel owner also owns a very popular restaurant right around the corner where we were afforded special status as guests of the hotel.

Some problems with the wifi
I’ve stayed here before. It’s comfortable, friendly and convenient. The owner even drove me to the station when I couldn’t get an Uber. Great breakfast too

Nice, simple and clean hotel in Tiboli, in the outskirts if Torino, perfectly situated for a stopover on your way to or from other places in Italy. Kind recepcionistas, the hotel owners also have a stake in a close by restaurant, that serves well it's purpose.

Some noise from quests coming back late. Otherwise all was very good.
Large room and large bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Very dog friendly with a little park opposite. Breakfast was excellent with big choice and serving staff were excellent. Recommended restaurant was 50m away, with huge choice and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I'm very grateful to the wonderful owners of Albergo Davide. My trip from Dijon to here was delayed due to a broken-down van. Davide helped me, by phone, to move it to a safe parking place. He then kindly organised for someone to look at it and drove to collect me at 01:00 when the van needed more expert help. We got here, my room was lovely and large, a Very comfortable bed and the water is just the right pressure for a reviving shower. A quick coffee the next morning and the mechanic's details and I was off. So yes, I highly recommend Albergo Davide and I really hope to visit again, but under better circumstances.

The Wi-Fi wasn't that good, with floor-specific SSID's (and passwords) meaning that reception throughout the hotel wasn't possible.
More of a business hotel than a holiday location, both our room and the common areas of the hotel were clean and well presented. Secure garage parking was provided without charge (great for us motorcyclists!) Breakfast was basic, but OK. No restaurant in the hotel, but Bistrot Rigatony was great and just a 5 minute walk around the corner.
