room was too close to reception, so noisy, aircondioner was irritating as blew very cold then would switch off with a clunk, no air and then come on again with a clunk. Ended up turning it off

A little difficult to work out the entry to the hotel when first arrived as it is in a block with other units. Room with internal courtyard window was a bit dark.

We had an internal room with a window opening onto what was basically a utilities conduit although open to the sky. So could not really open the window for air.

Location was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Visitors should be advised the hotel is on the third floor so you need to climb a stairway and take a 2-person elevator to get to the reception desk - then another flight of stairs to the rooms. People who have difficulty with stairs should be aware. If this doesn't affect you - the hotel is very, very nice.

The breakfast was excellent - a wide array of foods. The room was a good size for the three of us, nicely decorated and clean. The hotel is very close to the train station and within walking distance to various sites (Duomo, Statue of David, Arno River) which was very convenient. The staff were pleasant, provided information, and provided boxed breakfasts one morning since we needed to leave very early for a tour.

It was confusing finding the place and getting to the correct floor level of where the hotel was, but we figured it out. The bathroom is quite narrow and dark, would’ve been nice to have more light in there. Our room was next to the lobby, so make sure to pack earplugs. Also, for some reason the floor above us I don’t know if it was part of the hotel but the people above were so loud every time after 10 PM at night until a little after midnight. Just really loud footsteps regularly. You could even hear it through the earplugs. We did ask the staff if they could notify the floor above to keep it down but they weren’t sure if they could do anything about that since they said they weren’t sure if it was part of the hotel rooms, so it just took us a while to fall asleep.

The breakfast was great! The location was good. Close enough to train station and T2 line to get to airport.

The room was on the small side but it was larger than the first room they were going to put us in. It was fine but not large enough to stay in other than to sleep. Also, when we left the front desk called us a taxi and charged us 25 euros. It wasn’t clear that was a service charge to make the call and not payment for the cab. Or if it was the driver had no idea and charged us again for the ride.

The staff was amazing. We travel extensively and can hardly remember a more pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very clean and had a nice view. The breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. Very comfortable and great location close to everything we needed to see.

Tight toilet .

Liked the room but toilet was tight. Hot shower in cold climate helps alot to relax. Location is good. Had room facing toward garden and was quiet to sleep. All staff are great! Thank you Laura!

Definitely worth the money. Staff was very welcoming and the property is cute. Comfy beds. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Location is very good. The only downside is the very bad smell coming from the only bedroom window from the patio. Looks like an old building with plumbing issues. We appreciate a window and fresh air, so that was frustrating.

There was an expresso maker in the room but no way to plug it. I was planning to complain, but then the breakfast was exceptional, then no. No complains.

To begin, I like the staff friendliness, since the moment of checking in I felt welcome. The room is appropriate in size and the location strategic to be close enough but not so close to be noisy. The view from my room was exceptional, I was able to see the Dome.
