Breakfast could be better. The cornetti I've ate three days weren't fresh.

That hotel was better than I've expected. I'd made a reservation close to Termini Station 'cos my plane had to arrive before midnight and I did not want to have any problems with a late check-in. As I had remembered, the Termini's nearby wasn't the best area for staying. But that Hotel has positively surprised me. The room was very clean, staff very friendly and polite. There were no problem with leaving luggage in the day of my deparure till evening. As for Rome conditions there were quite silent, even. The hotel is only 5 minutes by foot from Termini, so it's very well communicated.

The elevator stops in the mezzanine in between floors. So if you are carrying a heavy luggage, you need to carry that up a half flight of stairs. Plus the room attendants (if there are any) will not help you carry your luggage. So travel light when checking in this hotel.

Breakfast was okay. Hotel location is great such that it is near the train station (Roma Termini).

Very central location 5 minutes walk from Stazione Termini. A reasonably priced alternative for a short stay in Rome. Breakfast was good. Rooms toward the backyard are quiet.

The stairs on each floor to go up to your room and the lift is outdated.

Bathroom has been renovated and is spacious. Requested for a kettle and was given.

The hotel is very accessible and easy find. The staffs are very nice, the room is sparkling clean tho i didn’t sleep because we checked-out on the 2nd day (didn’t consume the 2nd night anymore due to changed plan) but i was able to check if my friend who stayed for the first night had a comfortable one and said he likes very much the hotel. When he comes back next year, he’ll consider Hotel Dei Mille and will refer the hotel to his friends. I will also do the same on my next visitors.

room was noisy, on 2nd floor and lot of noise from the road. Double glazing not adequate. I did specify a quiet room, possibly those on higher floors might have been better. The main receptionist seemed to have little english

A jay cloth, or kitchen washcloths, would have been nice, no real cleaning products are provided, which makes it harder to help them for cleaning purposes, Garbage was a sketchy situation but it seems to be a problem experienced by all there.

Apartment was well equipped with all we needed except for paper products, there was an issue with one of their suppliers b for things like toilet paper, shampoo, and paper towels however Francesco worked hard to make it up to us, just later than expected.

Staff were kind and I think upgraded my single bed to a double room bed They were also kind allowing me to leave my luggage safely locked with them until it was time to take the train out to Rome airport.they offered me a an area where I could repack additional items into my luggage and a room to freshen up in -so I was very grateful for that service -thank you very much! Very convenient to Termini Station -a little noisy at night as my room faced the street but slept well and quiet in the morning until the traffic started up.
