Only two things. 1) In my room, the wifi signal was bad. i could barely use my devices. I understand the walls in these buildings are thick concrete but the solution is to add repeaters throughout the building. 2) There is a nite club across the street that opens after 10 PM and the crowd is very very loud. Even after the club closed, I will hear them past 4 AM because they hung around in the street.

There's a hot kettle in the room but no coffee, tea sachets which we found in our airbnb and other hotels. That would be a good improvement to make.

Absolutely fantastic location. You can walk out to the pantheon in 3 mins. It's a safe and comfortable place. The cleaning lady, Lara, was super helpful and kind. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed. Salvo was super responsive on chat at all times. He arranged a private car for airport pick up and drop, which was on time and so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. Nothing can beat this location.

Everything was great, except the mattress was not very comfortable. My husband likes a firm mattress, but the one we slept on was a bit too firm.

We stayed for 3 nights... After the initial positive impact of the room we encountered toilet function issues, air conditioning that did not cool as well expected, low shower pressure and small areas of peeling paint. An honest rating for the price would be an 8.5.

When you first walk into the room, it impresses you as a knock-out 10! Plenty of room for two people. Beautiful bathroom. Great location for walking to many of the main sites. Very close to the Pantheon.

Salvo, what a fantastic host, alwyas helpful, always funny;) comfy bed, room service every day, good water pressure, silence despite ultra central location - amazing, we were sleeping till 11 am like a babies - We will be back, grazie!

The room is pretty well worn and needs a remodel. The wallpaper is peeling. Some of the electrical outlets don’t work. Stair hand rails are cords which are frayed. Shower door is really hard to use. The hot water on our first night was intermittent at best and the water just trickled out of the shower. When we complained, Mr. Salvo changed the shower head and it worked much better on our second night. The hot water situation also improved. Internet was intermittent and slow on the top floor but better near the reception desk.

Great location close to many of Rome’s best sights. We were met by Mr. Salvo upon arrival who was very nice and welcoming; he gave us a full rundown of the hotel and our room. Our room was on the top floor and very quiet, for Rome that is. The bed was comfortable and sleep quality was good.

We liked everything.

The location is great, it is in the heart of Rome. The bedroom has a great space, is very comfortable and clean. Salvo is also a great host, he is very gentle and gave us some interesting tips.

The Wi-Fi was really spotty making it difficult to use for planning and reservation purposes. I’d call this hotel “faded glory” ; some really nice touches, but also peeling wallpaper and some mold in the bathroom.

This is a great central location for exploring Rome! Easy walking to our destinations and/or easy to find a taxi, if needed. The car service from the airport was necessary as the hotel entrance isn’t easy to find.😊 Mr.Salvo was very helpful as well. We really enjoyed the restaurant in Pantheon Piazza.

The private rooftop balcony was nice but all the plants were dead. Salvo told us they were waiting for the replacement plants but should have pulled out the dead ones as it was creepier to have them there than just empty pots.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of Rome. Easy walking distance to all you want to see. We did take a taxi to the Vatican because it was early morning but walked back.
