Rude Tone of the owner. It wasnt showen good on booking that the bathroom is shared. But that is a booking.com problem.

Football pitch opposite could be loud till late, traffic from the surrounding roads was loud at times. The actual property was lovely though.

Room was super spacious and clean. Nice simple decoration. Room included a double bed, wardrobe, vanity area, tv and air conditioning. The shared bathroom was very clean and up kept by staff. Less than 5 minutes walk to town centre.

Mattress was a little hard and uncomfortable. Ok for one night.

Clean, quiet and great location. Great communication and instructions on how to check in and out. The café downstairs is owned by the same people and had great food.

Great location. It reminded me of the pensions of 50 years ago. High ceilings, traditional tall windows and shutters. Very clean. If you want a modern style place, you may not like it.

Didn't have a kitchen, just a fridge and a microwave. No crockery, no oven, impossible to cook. We had to get water from the bathroom's washbasin. I thought it was an appartment.

The room was very large and spacious. First of all, everywhere was very clean and daily cleaning was done. The owners are very sweet, even though I don't speak Italian, we somehow got along. They also serve you breakfast at their bar below :) I stayed for 1 week and I am very satisfied.

the bed was not the best one. the bed frame / mattress with some springs that was not offered the best sleep but beside this, all was good.

good location, close to all shops, port, restaurants and places to visit. Easy access from Airport using ConeroBus (drop zone: Piazza Cavour- 5 min walk to the room). Davide, the owner, was kind and offered all the info needed. He allowed us to stay later in the check out day (we left the room at 14:30 instead of 10:00 without any additional cost). Room was clean and we had the posibility to adjust the heating at the level we want. we had the room with the private bathroom and the extra bed. there are also 2 additional rooms with shared bathroom. a shared kitchen with fridge is available

Almost no sound insulation of the windows and there is the noise of the small amusement park and ice rink in front of the room ( The compressor purrs all night)

it would have been great if the host had sent me the instructions for late check in before 7 pm, as announced beforehand when informing him about my late arrival. luckily i made it 6:55 pm to the bar downstairs where staff handed me the keys over out of the key box.

perfect location in the city center, close to bus stops piazza roma and piazza cavour, coal supermarket nearby. port, cattedrale and the city beaches all in decent walking distance. the accomadation seemed recently renovated. my single room was bigger than expected and simply but nicely furnished. the room came with an air con and towels. premises got cleaned every day, communal area holds a fridge where every room got their own shelf. the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful as she fluently speaks english and german. key box for late check after 7pm available.

Exact center, close to everywhere, beach too. There is a bar downstairs which provided me with everything I need: good coffee, delicious cakes and food. Nice ambient. Very friendly owner

Door & windows are not isolated acoustically, you have to be lucky with surrounding noisy activity, for example nightly loud people on the street, motorcycles, construction workers..
