Parking was a bit complicated. It’s better to arrive off tourist hours as it’s a public parking that can be completed.

The staff couldnt do enough to make our stay easy. No breakfast offered but there was a lot of choice pretty much straight out the door. They gave us some excellent eating recommendations too which was handy The location was amazing - so close to all the attractions especially the Duomo and great shopping. Highly recommended for a short stay in Milan.

The room has set of keys. The bathroom did not have bidet which on my end is not convenient.

The room is specious and clean. The location is next to duomo just a couple of blocks away. The room is finely decorated, nice lighting, mirrors, comfortable beds, bathroom is nice too. The check in process was fast and convenient. Communication was in place a head of time. The receptionist also gave many suggestions for the city. Communication was also maintained through whatsapp by the hotel reception. The price of the room is also affordable for what you get!

Beautiful room located within 5 minutes of the duomo and several good restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Shower was wonderful after all the tiny showers we'd experienced in other Italian cities haha!

The only issue I had (and I don't think owners can do anything about it) is the crates on the sidewalk. The drop is like 3 stores and I was scared to drop keys in there every time I opened the front door.

The air conditioning was not working pretty fast in order to make the room hot quickly
