Finding parking was a task. We drive around the in circles for a while with the property caretaker and then found parking a good 10 minutes walk away

Right around the corner of the Roman forum and smack in the middle of old Rome. As for the property, it had a lift which is great. Spacious, two big windows which was godsent for the hot summer days.

The hot water did not work, we stayed only one night and we survived a cold water shower. The pillows are a big too big and hard.

Very spacious clean apartment, lots of space to sleep, can fit 5-6 people. Has a nice terrace, kitchenette, bathroom, AC working. Location is perfect near everything. Easy acces to the apartment with all the explanations needed.

Could use some small reading lights to replace the cheap plastic ones. I don't know if the washer works. Couldn't get light to turn on. Only left two coffee and two teabags for three people staying two nights. The other places just loaded up with unlimited coffee and tea. Would recommend the same.

The location was great!! I ran the Rome marathon and the start and finish was right around the corner. It was near everything and the property manager was always attentive and answered questions.

It would have been useful to know the immediate area in front of the accommodation was blocked off. While it may not seem much being dropped off at night in a new city is scary if it doesn't match expectations. The accommodation is at a different address. Again disconcerting when it is new. Better to have a note of both facts before a guest arrives.

While it was an online check in, it was done very well. A video guided you through getting to your room. While they weren't on premises, they did keep in contact with me untill I got in the apartment. They answered questions very quickly.and when I ordered a taxi they kept in contact until it arrived. Which was awesome 😎. As a female ony own that was particularly helpful.. The facilities were good. They also have umbrellas which was useful. The bedroom is nice and dark, it was very quiet, so restful sleep. The suggestions for restaurants good . There's a fantastic farmers market on a Saturday just down the street with amazing food, including a street vendor selling vegan sandwiches and fresh juice.

Couple of small things Shower head Holder seems to be broken so it doesn't stay up when having a shower. Maybe just me but I could not get the converter station beside bed to work. Other ones worked fine. Pillows are huge, so even one was too high for me. I just put two thin cushions in a pillowcase holder and it did the trick.

Location slightly off the very busy areas but less than a ten minute walk to busy areas. Beds were comfortable, all mod cons required were there. Internet was good, water pressure good for shower Staff were excellent and extremely responsive

The water pressure for the shower wasn't great and the panini maker wasn't clean. Minor details and neither spoiled our vacation.

Rubin was a great concierge for the apartment. He explained everything so well about the apartment and local area. Lovely location. Quiet at night. Lovely restaurants .Very responsive agents with everything going very smoothly

It is located at the back small street, which has a typical Roman payment. It is very difficult to drag a suitcase. Even though the apartment has everything one would need, but the appliances are a bit old. The owner insists on cash payment for the tax, which is 6 euros per person per night, which we did. The owner said a receipt would be sent to us through Booking.com. However, for some reason, we have not received any receipt and Booking.com still keeps on sending message to me regarding the tax after I left the property for several days. Not sure if this is a bug in Booking.com or there is a communication issue between the owner and Booking.com.

Location is close to major attractions in Rome. The apartment is very spacious and has everything one would need for a short stay.

Small things would make a big difference....eg. to arrive after a journey to find a bare fridge seems not very thoughtful. It wouldn't cost much to put a few things there on arrival but would make a good impression.

The main bed was really hard and the loft that my daughter slept in didn't have a mattress, it had a 2 inch small foam that was uncomfortable. The worst thing was that there was one air conditioner and it barely worked. It was so hot in Rome and the apartment was stifling. Also, no place to put shampoo, etc in shower, they always have tiny showers and have to put things on the floor is frustrating.

The location is wonderful, and the neighborhood was perfect. A great restaurant, it was tourist prices, but really good food. The neighborhood market was close and good too. The place is cute and comfortable and the outside area was great.

We booked two apartments as were a family of 8. The smaller of the two was so hot. The plug in air con units need replacing as they didn’t pump out cold air making the apartment unbearable to be in at night in 30 degrees. Second apartment was so much cooler. Air con upgrade needed.

- It would be nice if there were a washing machine (but we knew there wasn't one when we booked). - There were a lot of mosquitoes (maybe it is because of the weather), but it would be nice for the hosts to inspect this issue.

We loved the location of the apartment. It was a walking distance from almost everywhere. The host was amazing. The apartment had almost everything (kitchen appliances, cutlery, dishwashing and cleaning material). It was clean (They even came and changed our bed sheets and removed the garbage while we were staying there). We were a family of 4 and there was ample space for everyone to move around comfortably. We loved the terrace. Even though there were neighbors around, we did not feel uncomfortable as they were respectful. The host had provided us with a file that includes information about main attractions, restaurants and bars, shopping places.... (That was very thoughtful)

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we’d like to have been. We had to give it a general clean before we used it, other than that, it was good.

The property was in a beautiful location and parking was very easy. There was air conditioning which was perfect the hot weather.
