The Television only has YouTube and cable. We would have liked access to other streaming apps and chrome cast.

The room was gorgeous, the location was fantastic and it felt very secure with the security steps to get inside.

The hotel room was lovely, the best we have stayed in in Italy, however (not the hotels fault) the small park outside attracts a lot of homeless people. This made me uneasy coming to and from the hotel. Some steps to get into property - difficult with heavy luggage.

The room was excellent and very spacious. Very nice bathroom. Aircon was quite quiet and worked very well. Comfy bed. Small fridge and kettle in room. Had a small outdoor space that was accessible however this was very small and was blocked in by aircon unit. The lady on reception was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations in Florence. Overall a great room!

The door to the bedroom was faulty and didn't close properly every time. Had to open and close multiple times until I could get it to click and shut properly.

Hotel location was good, staff was great, room was comfortable. Check-in process not the easiest as they're not available 24hs, so it requires a little planification and communication with them. We didn't have trouble as they provided a solution that worked.

Nothing. There is a cute old lift. This was amazing for luggage.

The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was unbelievable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The tram stop is 400 meters away and this goes to the airport for 1 euro 70. It also takes you to train station so don’t get a cab.

I got the superior room. But I got two single beds put together and on the hard wood floors they would slip apart during the night

During check in, our receptionist was very helpful in giving me a lay of the land on what sights we could accomplish in the half day we had there. However, when our family (who were staying elsewhere) came by to use our restroom, the receptionist very rudely and abruptly told us that only hotel guests may enter our room. While this is a fair point, she was very loud about it, where other hotel guests could easily hear her, and our family members felt quite embarrassed.

The room was centrally located within a beautiful, historic building. The hotel was a short walk from the magnificent Duomo and Central Market, both of which are must sees. Our room even had a beautiful view of the neighbouring park and the top of the Duomo. The room was spotless, well stocked, with just enough space for two people.

Nice location not in the center of the old city but reasonable walking distance to Mercato Centrale and Sant Lorenzo Church. The person at the reception provided us with the room cards, showed us the room and provided us a city map with some recommendation for restaurants , gelato and important city land marks

The elevator was old and outdated but still works. However, if it is not closed properly, it won't operate.

Customers would forget to close the elevatore gate and the elevatore would not move. Foreign customer should learn how the vintage elevators operate even though there were notices on the gate. This was a traveler problem not a hotel issue !
