We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LebanonAlthough the train and subway station was very close and public transportation is convinient, the hotel location was in the part of Milan that I couldnt do much.
I liked the size of the room, plenty of space for storing luggages. The breakfast timing was very convinient until 11:00am. however, they could work more on providing some Halal food as many Arab Muslim families stay there.

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel was in a great location for the train station which was why we picked it (straight across the road) as we were travelling to Lake Como. The hotel is about a 10 min drive to the centre of Milan where the shops and restaurants are but the hotel has a free shuttle bus which we used. We only stayed one night and sadly it was a Saturday night and we could hear music in our room as we were trying to sleep for a very early airport trip in the morning but can’t fault the hotel for that. They gave us lovely breakfast boxes to eat on our way to the airport - a lovely touch.

Magnificent luxury hotel in an outstanding position on the coast. I was upgraded to sea view which was wonderful. Restaurant was superb and the wait staff extremely helpful. The breakfast was generous with lots of variety.
