1. Spa is not included in room price and is not clearly stated on the description. Costs 15e per person 2. As spa is for extra charge it has some parts broken or provided appliences does not work! 3. Rooms lacks of noise insulation especially the sound from corridor. Also you can hear snoring or somedone talking at the neighbor room if it has a sharing door. 4. No complimentary water 5. Breakfast is very scarce and food was cold in the warmers

.The hotel was near the airport. Getting there one is welcome by a friendly staff and very helpful too. I couldn't have asked for more. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. I am particularly disabled. And I found the staff in the restaurant vary helpful to me. One cannot ask for more. The rooms were spotless and clean.i also enjoyed the gymn. My only tiny complaint.is that about about 4 am it gets a little cold. When I wake up.maybe an extra sheet. Or a thicker blanket Other wise I can find no fault with the hotel.Service excellent. unfortunately there is one employee at dining room who is not making a good impression of the service. He is irrogant and rude.. but the management made up for us as an apology for his behavior. The location is far from city.

The only downside is the hotel is located in more of an industrial area, but there are good restaurants and a bus stop nearby to get into the historic center.

I was really surprised at how nice the interior was, both in the lobby and the room. Very chic, very nice, and super clean. The room had great A/C, which was a blessing in this heat, the bed was super-comfortable, the room was very quiet and the bathroom was nice. There is also a nice gym with equipment and treadmills too. We also loved that they had dog bowls and a small pillow for our pup. ALL the staff were extremely friendly, responsive and kind, and were quick to get us some more coffee pods for our espresso machine. The breakfast too was fabulous--a feast for kings with many types of breads, fresh fruits, tortas, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt and fixings, cereals, etc. One of our favorite places we stayed on our trip.

Great location out of the city near the airport and all the major roads, we had 2 room with interconnecting door, rooms were large and modern and spotless. Breakfast had plenty of options was a perfect stay for out 1 night
