It was a little cold these days so we needed to use extra bed sheet from the third bed in the apartment. But I believe that if we asked for it they would provided. As i mentioned - staff was amazing.

Pool is amazing, the environment is amazing. After a few hours on the beach, the place in accommodation with palmas was great day to spend the rest of the day. Very near to center. AMAZING STAFF!

Everything was perfect

Our introduction to Sicily started with this beautiful and cosy place. Francesco welcomed us very warmly and throughout our stay his family made our stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is as per the photos, everything is very spacious and clean, the communal courtyard is very green and well maintained, we were very satisfied, it is a place to come back to, thank you!

Not sure if it was just the time of year, end of season but as the bar area is not manned all the time an honestly bar would have been welcomed, the facilities are there with a small fridge at the bar top (used for breakfast) a few beers in this and a donation box would have been great. We enjoyed the evenings we were able to have a drink at the bar with the owners and guests but when it was quiet to get a few beers from the shop to bring back felt like we were not supporting the establishment and I would have happily done this if something like an honesty bar fridge was on offer.

Great property, well located to the town and a nice stroll to the beach. Parking made easy after flagging we were driving before arriving and a permit was provided. Room was a good size and very clean, garden and pool area a really nice treat. Breakfast was great! Perfect portions! Lovely to see the family who own the establishment in the morning also.

We have had the most wonderful stay here! The property is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is owned by a lovely family. The breakfast was so good - pastries, meats, cheese, sandwiches, fruits and the most delicious homemade cakes. It is also perfect location, minutes away from the beach and restaurants. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Beautiful community area, designed as a small resort with 6 rooms, each with their own little terrace. Plenty of possibilities to relax by the pool (sunbeds, lounges, chairs) . Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly host.

Great small property. Exactly what I was after. Quiet and clean and comfortable. The family that run the property were lovely. Perfect small breakfast provided. Great location to supermarket and Main Street for restaurants and shops.

The bar area wasn't always attended, so couldn't always get a cold drink when we would have liked. We bought a few drinks from the supermarket nearby, but we would've been happy to buy them at the hotel if possible. Would also be nice if they kept a larger number and constant supply of cold beers in the fridge (seemed like they ran out a few times). Would prefer it if the hotel was for adults only. There were a couple of young children staying while we were there, and one in particular who was very noisy in the pool/patio area. But overall, these things were only minor inconveniences.

Family owned establishment. Owned and staffed by the family - who were really friendly, helpful, easy going and flexible. The pool/patio and garden area was fantastic - a little sheltered oasis in the town, really nice to relax in the sun during the day time. Breakfast was good, particularly the very nice selection of fresh sandwiches, doughnuts, cakes and pastries. Free street parking, with a permit provided from reception. Great location. Just a few minutes walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops and beach. But also quiet enough when you want to relax by the pool.

The property was close to the centre of San vito. only a 5 minute walk away. The property was very relaxing, rooms had all the necessary amenities and the pool was an added bonus. Parking is on the street outside the property and the owners assisted with this process.
