Hotel Flora is a special, boutique property, exuding charm and the warmth of the family that owns and runs it. The garden is magical day and night, perfect for breakfast or a late afternoon/evening aperitif. The location is perfect for exploring Venice, with expert guidance for tours, dinner reservations and anything you might need. Perfection!

Very small room and bath with unappealing views. Breakfast for two (included) was cut fruit, yogurt, and sugary granola, served in 6 separate small lidded glass jars, along with a basket of pastries, a chunk of baguette, and a card informing us that this is what Itallians eat for breakfast.

Location is unbeatable- a short walk to Piazza San Marco, but tucked into a quiet alleyway. Lovely garden patio for breakfast and cocktails. Bed was very comfortable. The vibe and decor is warm, stylish, eclectic, authentic. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed evening apertivos and antipasti on the patio with the other guests after a long day of touring and shopping.

Our stay felt like a fairytale. The hotel itself was absolutely charming — every corner had a magical touch that made us feel like we were in a storybook. Marco was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, always friendly and proactive in offering his assistance. Raul was equally kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and genuine care truly made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Bar hours could be extended. We would have used it more if it had been open longer and it was a shame as it was so pretty.

It's amazing athentic property well kept and maintained. It really has Venice spirit from long ago. People are superfriendly and helpful. Breakfast in patio is amazing.

When I was planning a trip to Venice for my daughter and me, a friend said, “You HAVE to stay at Hotel Flora." It's the best place to stay in Venice! She was right. Everything was wonderful: staff, room, location, and a quiet garden for breakfast and afternoon snacks/drinks. The staff is incredible! Thanks to Marco and Nona for helping my daughter and me deal with a difficult transportation issue. When traveling to Venice, do yourself a favor and stay at Hotel Flora….truly wonderful!

The location was great, an easy walk to Saint Mark’s square and other attractions. The garden patio was wonderful except for some pigeons, and all the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

that i had to leave too early, 4am, so i couldn't enjoy the breakfast in the amazing patio. Next time i won't miss it :)

the hotel was like a movie. So elegant, nice and decorated. The staff were amazing. Nicoletta helped a lot with my early commute to the airport, and the front desk clerk even carried out my luggage to get to the water taxi quickly so i didn't lose my flight. Amazing people and amazing place.

The staff member that checked us in was the most helpful person that I ever met .We arrived late afternoon with a very hungry 10 year old . He very quickly booked a fantastic Resturant and said he would do the rest after we ate . Could not have done anymore . His name is Marco

We loved everything and would definitely come back!

Loved the quiet, beautiful courtyard where you could have breakfast, afternoon tea, a spritz ...or simply read a book. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. Our room was not large, but perfect for two. The decor, beds and linens were top-notch, and we had a Juliette balcony. Also loved the free breakfast which included yogurt, fruit, pastries and heavenly coffee!
