The shower was a bit weird and the water flow was a bit weak but was not a deal breaker for us

The room was spacious and comfortable for a group of three people. The staff were very nice and happy to help ! Also the location was very good because it was close to the duomo area which is the central area in Milan. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you go to Milan!

We chose this hotel when we thought we would be using the train - our travel mode changed - it was a short taxi ride into main sections of town and a longer taxi ride to airport. There were many good restaurants in close walking distance from hotel however.

A coffee machine in the room would have been great rather than the sachets.

The location was great for us, we used the Metro to get around. The hotel was cool and modern with great helpful staff. The facilities were excellent, all very modern and we loved the clothes steamer in the room

It was a bit of a walk into the main city area. But would still recommend.

Fantastic room with a very comfortable bed, best night sleep of our whole trip. We were hoping to use the gym facilities but slept in (haha) Close to the main station.

Nothing major, just a couple of things: * Chromecast in the room TV wasn’t working * Breakfast saloon is not easily accessible, very narrow stairs

Abit on the pricey side but can't be helped as I travelled during Milan Design Week. WIFI wasn't good enough to load large files required for work.

Excellent stay, around 5mins around Milano central station and a great central location for sightseeing. The area and the walk to the hotel felt comfortable and safe to explore. Special thanks to the fabulous breakfast team particularly Nadia, Francesco and Paula who provided a brilliant service. I would definitely come back :)

Walls are relatively thin so that you can hear the neighbors rather well.

Very central location, 5 to 10 mins walking distance to Milano Centrale or the Gioia subway station. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Worth mentioning is the clever elevator concept: you preselect the floor and the system then displays, which of the 4 elevators is assigned to the task. This means, almost no waiting time and no overcrowded elevators.

Walls are still thin but the hotel made an effort to locate me in a quieter section so really appreciated that. Breakfast could do with more rotating variety but otherwise food was good. Overall good stay this year.

I loved the photo booth in the reception area, which we made very good use of! The staff where all friendly and attentive. We were leaving when we arrived our room had been upgraded!
