We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, 5 minutes drive to the center of the town. The staff was super nice and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

ItalyBreakfast was good, Staff was super helpful: because of the snow scarcity (crazy weather), wasn't possible to just cross the street and ski down to the lift, so they organised a super mini ski bus on demand, the family atmosphere is quite nice, and the spa area at the end of the day was good.

Lady in the reception was unbelievably kind...when I asked her, where could I buy the haselnut spread that was offered at breakfast, she said that it's hard to find it in the regular shops, so she just gave me the whole bottle for free...with a smile on her face. I mean....WOW!!!

We have been traveling every night in a different place, and can compare each to the other, and honestly Garni Serena was too good to be true!!! Best location in the village, we have seen the locationd of other hotels. A view from the balcony that looks like a painting!!! So quite and peaceful. Amazingly nice staff, great looking sauna room (didn't have the time to you is though). The room had everything we could need and want, including to make tea (which other hotels in our trip didn't have). Good breakfast, though I'd wish for more vegetables... Anyways we have hope yo visit again the dolomites, and if so we will definitely come back!!!
