Difficult to find entrance and to get into the building. TV in room was too big. Breakfast was poor.

The hotel is 2 floors up, the elevator is tiny - it was hard to insert the luggage in it. Constructions nearby as well. City parking is on top of the hill, not far from the hotel- we were lucky to find the spot.

The triple room is spacious enough. The view is ok. Needs renovations. For one night stay it’s fine, for the longer stay would prefer another hotel to book.

I filtered by parking to search for hotels in Genova and this showed up, but they do not have parking. We were lucky to find a parking near by, on the bridge, that was only 3 min away. No mosquito net and we had one in the room that kept us awake.

Located in a nice historical building, and with elevator. Very soft, big and high quality towels. Very comfy bed. AC in the room. And quiet although located at one of the main streets. Bonus for those who want to shop, the hotel is located on the main shopping street. Many restaurants available near by. We could leave the luggage to visit the city and come later for check in.

The room was too small. We had a twin bedroom. The beds were too small, they looked like children beds. That made me fall down from the bed. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Parking was an issue but there was an above ground parking near by.

The location is great, right where all the shopping is. The beautiful architecture and the high ceiling gave the feeling of the old Italian building it was in for sure. The old elevator was pretty authentic. A code is given to the outside and inside doors. A great value for the price.

Left window open and got bitten by mosquitoes. The bed was made of 2 beds joined together and was a bit uncomfortable.

The old lift they have is a nightmare considering the hotel is located in floors 3&4. Despite they offer luggage storage, that only means you left your luggage on the middle of a corridor unattended. We came back to take a couple of things and nobody asked or told us anything, so be careful if you left there valuable items.

Location, room,.breakfast and the building and of course the delightful Mattia. The hotel is very chic , great location, very central, accessible to public transport and areas of interest. The daily breakfast was amazing. Mattia is a delight and very accommodating. He is a hard working guy and always happy to help. Value for money definitely. Room and bed and cleanliness spot on. Sofa converted into bunk beds was a little uncomfortable.

Great location close to Ferrari Metro station. . Spacious family room with ensuite, good shower and all very clean. Staff friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. The hotel is on the 3rd & 4th floors of a beautiful old building and surrounded by shopping and dining options.
