Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom could be better equipped (no shampoo and tooth brush provided)
Great amenities, there is washing machine, dryer, and iron. Great location, stone throw away from Brixen city center. Free underground parking. Spacy layout. Very close to main attraction in Dolomites (alpe di siusi, seceda)

The virtual concierge is not so fast responding at times and there could be more than one washing machine to share among 12 apartments. Other than than it’s absolutely great!

No oil, salt, pepper. Basics would allow for ease to use the good kitchen. No air con. Can't leave windows open due to street noise overnight. The fan was okay, but the option of air-conditioning would be better. The online check in process is great when it works. There was an issue - i wasn't receiving the emails - we were able to resolve it by sending whatsapp - but I don't know how things would be resolved by someone less tech savy than I given no actual person/ reception. There were some odd marks on the wall / smudges from previous occupants near light switches etc. But otherwise the property appeared clean.
Location was good. Close to bus, train, and centre. Bed was comfortable. Property appeared new. The bathroom was large. There was a portable fan. Kitchen pots/pans/cups etc available. Coffee machine and coffee available.

Great location, very clean and spacious. Helpful staff (although we didn't meet them as everything is conducted online). Underground parking was convenient, although a little hard to find at first. Google Maps took us to the exit of the bus station and we couldn't see the property or the parking. However, after a drive around the block, we arrived back at the station exit and saw that the parking entrance is located on the right, with a small sign with the apartments' name.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very perfect and very convenient closed to bus station , restaurants and supermarket. The apartment located in the old town where many nice restaurants and shops available in a walking distance. The apartment also gave us the Brixen Card which is super save for us to travel around by bus and train. We enjoy a lot to stay here.

The stay in this apartment was very successful. Great location, not only in the city center, but also close to mountain attractions. Super equipped, comfortable and convenient. On the plus side also private parking in the underground garage. I will definitely return there.

They can improve a bit as we stayed for 2 days only and there was no sugar / salt or oil to cook basic ingregients can be added to the room as a family travelling for 2 days we didn't want to buy a whole bottle of oil or sugar etc so small things make it easier. But otherwise the place is excellent .
Room was great and very nice very easy to use the digital key etc. Everything was excellent even the location was superb . A must book on ur next stay . Even the brixen pass is excellent.

Location was very central and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The parking was easy and we appreciated not having to pay extra. The total blackout blinds meant we slept very soundly on the comfy beds.

Only small issue for us was no air conditioning A fan was supplied tho so had it on all night and it was exceptionally hot outside . We Will still come back tho . It was a wonderful apartment

If we could name one thing is that there was no airconditioning and it was an extremely hot time of the year. We got two fans which was great. Last night we slept with the balcony door open which was fine as the city is quiet at night.
Great location, great communication via WhatsApp with Sabine. Parking garage is perfect. Balcony is lovely. We forgot the ereader of our daughter and she was so kind to inform us and put it on our car as we were allowed to leave it in the garage on our leaving day to visit the beautiful area of Brixen once more. Coffee machine (nespresso) including cups was provided (great plus!!). Nice soft towels. Bed in the living room was perfect for one of our kids. Location is very convenient. Close to the river, in the middle or the centre, bakery downstairs etc etc.
