Beds were really hard, as were the pillows. Rooms were hot (even in early April) and we couldn’t find a way to cool them so slept with the window open, which was quite noisy. Overall not a great night’s sleep.

Location was great, just a 30minute walk to the Vatican. Parking was included. Breakfast buffet also included - it wasn’t vast but it was adequate. Perfect for our 1night stay.

When we arrived to the hotel room it was extremely hot and we couldn’t open a window without the help of one of the staff. Plug was only one side of the bed, the hairdryer was really old and smelly, and the windows were old too and broken. The hotel was too far away from everything, due to the hectic and unpredictable public transportation (waiting 20-25 minutes for buses) it felt even worse, only the Vatican was 20 minutes away on foot.

The hotel has a nice and staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, also the packed breakfast was fine too. The roof terrace has a nice view. Our room was big enough and the double bed was comfortable.

Duvet could be better quality. The kitchen was not happy to make us dinner over an hour before closing. We literally came from the airport and were super hungry. In the end we got the dinner, but the disgust remained.

Good selection for breakfast. Staff cleared the tables promptly 😊. Housekeeping were very good. The location was quiet but we used the metro to get around. Also the train back to the airport was easy and convenient .

A bit distance from city centre. Only few english channel on tv. Located in residential areas with downside of dog litter around.

Big clean room as my room was upgraded without additional pay with balcony. Next to train to airport with one change, and walking distance to metro (Cipro) 15 mins approx. Wide lounge and breakfast was great with plenty of tables to choose. Near to groceries.

The coffee included in breakfast is from an automatic machine. That is not real coffee, specially in a country wherever you go in Italy the coffee is the best from expresso machines. The hotel also has it but they charge separately. I don't mind paying but they do not offer it. I only knew last day of our stay. If you have a rental car it may be a good option to stay because it is not close to the metro.

Location: 7/10 a distance to tourist attractions and away from major roads. Price: 7.5/10 it’s not cheap, and this is maybe the reason that parking is free, well, we actually pay for it.

Room: 8.5/10 quite big and clean, 2m x 2m bed is insane. Bathroom is a bit small, especially you have to take shower inside a small bath tub. But overall it is good. Not very quiet as we got a room close to the lift. Noisy when other guests are not considerate. Staff: 8/10 friendly staff, helpful and professional. Breakfast: 8.5/10 a bit variety of foods, beacon and eggs (warm), cereal, yogurt and fruits, toast and bread. Good coffee. Parking: 10/10 as driving to Rome, overnight secured parking is important to us.

Good hotel for drivers, as it has a free parking space (rare in Rome). Cosy Hotel, with good breakfast (compared to other Hotels in Rome, where you get one sweet roll and a coffee). Room, service, cleanliness meets the expectation, but nothing special. Good value for the money, in all, in Rome. Good mattresses.

Hotel is a good size and the property is nice enough. Free parking was huge plus for us. Location is a little bit out of the way but didn't bother us too much. The gentleman who checked us in was great and very helpful, unfortunately check-out was a different story and the team member was quite rude and unhelpful which dampened our experience a little. Overall i would consider this hotel again in the future.
