The pancake machine at the breakfast wasn’t working!!!!!!!

First of all, this isn’t your typical hotel, you folks are gonna get absolutely amazed. The entrance shows you how big and elegant the hotel is, really well structured and the style is just clean. Old school just like in the 1750’s, this hotel will take you to an unbelievable trip back in time. The bar is great and very beautiful. The pool is extraordinary and the room was well furnished. Overall 10/10

It is located next to the main road and requires a small 15 minute car ride to the centre of caserta, but it is not a problem as the property is well sound proofed, and we had a car to drive up to Caserta.

The hotel was grand and had an old fashioned quality of elegance and style. The staff went out of their way to be attentive and friendly. Our stay completely exceeded expectations. Everything was excellent . It is also very well located for visiting Naples and the Royal palace in Caserta is also well worth a visit!

The air con in our bedroom was freezing and nobody could adjust it.

The palace atmosphere was so much fun because we came to Caserta to see the Royal Palace and all of it's splendor. This hotel contributed to our mood. The swimming pool was so much fun with the statue-fountains behind. We had the basic double room that was fine since the hotel lobby, design, pool and Spa were really tops. Breakfast was buffet style, eggs, bacon, salamis, cheese, fruit, and way too many cakes and pastries. We splurged at the spa and loved all of it. Staff were friendly and professional. The saunas and pools with water jets, fountain sprays, and comfortable loungers made for a deeply relaxing afternoon.

Not in a particularly nice area, and it is 4km away from central Caserta.

Good value, good facilities. Great hotel but you must have a car or transport arranged, as it is in a commerciall area with poor public transport.

As i came to go to the reggia and parks I did not realize how far I was from the center of town. Normally to me 4.5 km is nothing but this area is NOT walkable. I spent a lot of money on taxis.

staff ...wonderful. there was a. young woman named Ludovica who was exceptional! she went above and beyond to find restaurants and taxis and to give advice. the other staff were also very helpful but she was delightful.

The girl at the counter was not friendly. I asked her to help me with my luggage, but she ignored me. Also, people who arrived much later were checked in immediately. She made me wait until exactly 2:00 p.m. Another hour, although she saw that I was with a dog. When another employee appeared, a nice young man, I was checked in immediately.

I liked everything! I had a superior room. Huge balcony. Fast room service. Didn't have to wait long. Very beautiful hotel and territory. Enough space to park cars. Everything is amazing

Well, leaving mostly!

We booked a junior suite, and they upgraded us to a full suite. parking was easy. Courteous to our little dog. GREAT fitness center. Nice breakfast and dinner. Absolutely gorgeous hotel.
