It was very good value for money but could do with a few updates. The beds were ok but could do with more comfy mattresses. It needed a few basic repairs like the door handle and shower head.

Good location within walking distance to Collosseum and many fantastic churches. Close to the station and Metro. Staff were friendly and always contactable. We had an issue with the boiler and it was fixed promptly.

Rooms in a building located close to the metro station - 1 stop from Termini main station. The service was very nice, efficient and communicative. Possibility of earlier accommodation by prior arrangement. Possibility to pay for rooms both by card and cash. Rooms OK, with minor differences compared to the description on Booking, but it was not a problem - not all rooms have refrigerators. Daily cleaning of rooms and replenishment of cleaning products. Possibility to leave luggage on the day of departure. Nearby (approx. 200 m from the hotel) is a large supermarket with good supplies.

The staff didn't speak English very well. We had a problem reaching the front desk staff. The neighborhood was kinda creepy and dirty.

When I booked this room I got rude answer that owner wont wait us longet than 11pm. I booked before all those airport strikes so he forced to get a taxi to this place. Although with a bus I would be even on time. After our flight was delayed he said that he will wait till 1am (plus extra charge) and no longer. But since our taxi didnt arrived on time we were with no place in the middle of the night in Rome... Room wasn't bad but mold and broken things in bathroom wasn't pleasant at all. Would recommend choosing different hotel with more polite staff. Because if you have any problems he wont help.

Our flight landed late in Rome and was delayed for more than 1 hour and the owner wait for us to check in (Thank you for that).The room is spacious.

For me the neighbourhood didn't feel so safe, there was a lot of garbbage in the area and a lot of homeless people. We got a message a day before we left where we were asked when we're going to check out and if we want to leave our luggage at the hotel. Informed the owner we'll check out around 9 am and that we want to leave our luggages at the hotel and come pick it up around 4-5 pm. As no one was at the reception that morning, we called twice, but no one answered. As we couldn't wait and didn't even received a call back, we put the key on the table inside our room and left.

The bed was really comfortable and the room is exactly like in the pictures. We also had air condition in the room, which during summer was really necessary. I recommend staying here if you are on a budget and don't want to spend too much money on accommodation.

The owner called me to move me to another place, wich I didn't accept, he insisted and finally he didn't changed it because I didn't agree. Was not nice because I was uncomfortable until last minute we arrive not sure if we will find our place free or not. Finally everything was ok.

They offer to keep our luggage for free, it was super helpful the last day to not carry everything.

Poor lighting, no kettle, electric socket closest to bed wasn't working, air conditioner - no remote control, toilet water was leaking, only one blanket for two people

Thin walls, you can hear the neighbours watching TV or talking louder. No bath accessories.

Just about 7 minutes from Termini station, can walk to all main objects in Roma. The room was handled everyday.
