We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room I received was not the king room I had booked, but rather the double twin room (I think same value/price but disappointing after a long day of travel)
The location is fantastic. You are really paying for convenience, a very easy, secure <10 min walk from/to the terminal, and the hotel is overall pleasant — nice bar, room was clean.

United States of AmericaIt is a older property and could use updating. Wall paper coming loose in the room, etc. The chairs in the dining/breakfast area were disgustingly stained and need to be re-upholstered. But it did the job to provide a base for an early transatlantic flight home.
Great location as it is within walking distance from the airport terminal using the skybridge on the upper level and walking through the passage way past the parking garages. Breakfast was good and started at 6 am. Staff was helpful.

FranceThe room was very old looking, with various issues (bedside light not working, bathroom sink not draining, etc). The walking passageway to reach the hotel is very isolated at night, and may not be the safest place to pass through. In general, the hotel is way overpriced for what it offers.
It’s one of the two only hotels which you can really reach on foot from Rome airport.

United States of AmericaI can't think when I've been at a hotel that didn't have an electrical outlet by the bedside tables. This one didn't. This is a massive hotel with zero charm but it is VERY close to the airport.
This hotel is a 10 minute walk via covered walkway to the terminals at Fiumicino Airport or they have a shuttle. If you have an early morning flight, it's a great option. The restaurant is good.
