The hostel is situated on the busiest and loudest street, full of the never-ending Italian beep of horns every couple of seconds (obviously not the hostel's fault and the location in the city is great). The last time I stayed at this hostel I was woken up very early because of that, but this time I was prepared with an eye mask and ear plugs, which helped a lot.

Super friendly accommodating staff - they replied to my WhatsApp questions right away and were helpful. They checked me in my room at 4am due to missing my train to Naples.

There is nothing I disliked.

Everything - simply fantastic. At some point, the guy working at the bar, could hear that I was listening to Jazz. And he put Jazz at the speakers. If this only, and says everything about the place. Also - the best food in town, 5 minutes walk.

Staff were great, helpfull and friendly. I think they are there 24 hrs. The breakfast is included and is generous. It has an outdoor area and the overall feel is good, with chill area, a self serve kitchen, laundry, bar/cafe. I was in a shared dorm and that was fine. Its a way to meet folk from all over the world but you can keep to yourself if that is you way. You can leave luggage. There is also a deal of 5 euros for a drink and meal in the evening at 9. I highly recommend this Hostel.

The entrance is a little bit weird. There are two doors but the second one is locked so that everyone has to get into the building and take a detour to get into the yard. The breakfast isn’t very good, I don’t have much choice for the food. The toast they provide looks like the packed toast bought from supermarket. But given that the price is low, this is acceptable

Friendly and helpful staff When I arrived, the receptionist asked me about my traveling plan, and gave me a map and told me about the detailed transportation to the places that I wanted go and offered me suggestions about the highlights of Napoli. They were always friendly, enthusiastic and polite to guests, and willing to help, which made my stay pleasant Unlike most of other hostels, they provide the locks for lockers for free, and I really appreciate this

The hostel has a great location, metro station is one block away but we could reach every point of interest in Naples by walking 20 to 40 minutes. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the vibe of the place is stunning. Breakfast was also good. The facilities are well maintained.

Nice and friendly personal: explained all touristic routes and tips for urban transport. Location is close to metro station, aprox. 40 minutes by walk from city centre. Common room with bar is comfortable and is good for spending evenings.

I had such an amazing time! I stayed in a mixed 6 beds room with personal bathroom. The rooms were very clean and I had a beautiful view on the garden. The breakfast buffet was great: scrambled eggs, sausage, cornflakes, granola, yoghurt, ... There was coffee, orange juice and (dairy-free) milk. The staff were very nice. Upon my arrival I received a map of the city with some personal recommendations. In the evening, the bar was always a cozy place to hang out after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen had a minimum amount of supplies to cook something nice but for fresh ingredients you had to go to any of the nearby supermarkts. Also noticed that my fellow travellers were very friendly and sociable so I got to make a lot of new friends.

I was happy I found a place with 0-24 check in option. Staff and breafast were great, also I have probably never stayed at a hostel being this clean. There is also free storage option for your luggages that you can leave there after check out.
