The staff was wonderful and kind! They went out of their way to accommodate my requests! The breakfast was delicious! I was a solo traveler and they kept my bags after I checked out so I could site see! I can’t say enough about their kindness! My room was quiet and comfortable! I slept well!

This property is right in the middle of everything. Very convenient to be able to go back to the room mid-day for a break and freshen up.

I loved the hotel. The location is superb on the bridge and walking distance to most attractions. The room has a majestic vibe with classic furniture and book shelves. There are several reading and living room to sit and relax on the floor. The breakfast was a buffet and had a big selection. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. The roof top cafe is the icing on the cake with it's view and nice food.

The room was accurate as per description but still- tiny.. the place was clean but could have been better.

The location is pretty central and the rooftop has a really nice view of the city . The breakfast room is very well done and if you can snag a table by the window you get a lovely view of the river.

Had a nice large bathroom, which was great. Tub/shower in our room could have been a bit better designed, but not a big deal.

A charming hotel in an incredibly central location for accessing the Uffizi (wable to go twice during our visit because literally next door to the hotel!) the Arno, Ponte Vecchio, Oltrarno, and many other sights, great restaurants, Gelato places and more. Staff were great and the breakfast room is work of art itself with frescos on the ceiling and a very refined breakfast buffet and staff. This is a high-end classy breakfast, not a Hampton Inn buffet, so PJ’s and sweatpants not recommended. Also loved the small rooftop bar with beautiful views of the Duomo and the Arno, tasty drinks, salads and platters of meats and cheeses.

So close to everything...roll out of bed and into the Uffizi... what more could you ask for... Excellent restaurant just on the corner.

First this hotel is very well located and right in the centre of activities and of course shopping. Breakfast was wonderful, ambience of the breakfast room excellent. I like the fact that the building has historical settings, and this makes it very heartening.

We loved the hotel! Paint or reflective tape should be added to steps that blend.

The hotel is gorgeous and located near historical Florence! The hotel bar was excellent! We loved the bartenders, Gabriel, Alex and Carlos! We had so much fun sitting at the bar and enjoying their excellent drinks and food! The free breakfast was also excellent! The service at the hotel was excellent in all areas! We were so pleased with this hotel! Hopefully next time we will get “The Room with a View!” 😁

It would have been helpful to access a computer when I had to change some travel arrangements. There was a lack of flexibility in response to this request which was out of character with the rest of the service.

This has to be the dream location in Florence, just by the Ponte Vecchio and with a view from the roof-top bar of the Duomo. Apart from the location, the highlights were the breakfast (huge choice and very courteous staff) and the varieties of cocktail on offer at the roof top bar.

I loved the location by Ponte Vecchio Bridge and the uffizi gallery. The breakfast every morning was delicious with so much variety. It's a 10-minute walk into the heart of Firenze and a beautiful walk at that. The staff were amazing, polite, and informative. I will deffo stay there when I come back.

Lovely older style hotel right in the centre of Florence - a stone’s throw from the uffizz and ponte vecchio. We had a superior room which was a good size. Very high ceiling and wood beams. Lovely fabrics and drapes. Enough space for luggage and clothes etc which you don’t always get in Europe. Excellent breakfast in one of the most lovely breakfast rooms I have ever been in. Huge array of options, excellent and attentive service.
