To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere was a really annoying, repetitive noise that started not long after we got back to the room and didn't stop till about 02:00. It wasn't loud, but it woke my partner a couple of times. Or was outside the room somewhere, I don't know what it was.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We were able to have breakfast early in order to catch our early train. The location was reassuringly close to Porta Susa railway station. Our room was two separate areas so our daughters were slightly separate from us. Both of their beds were comfortable even though one had obviously been brought in specially, rather than belonging in the room.

Big and clean room. the hotel is easy reachable and a good positioning ( the train station porta susa is at 3,4 walking minutes and porta nova at 3 metro stations) the breakfast was delicious and a great variety- croissants, cheese, vegetables, pancakes, nutella, orange natural juice etc.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the cold starkness of the room. No pictures on the wall. It was sleek modern which is not to my taste but definitely easy to keep clean. I did not like that the basin in the bathroom was so large that there was not space even for a small toothbrush holder much less anything else. I think this bathroom was designed by a man who has no concept of what space a female might need in the bathroom.
I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available and nearby. The breakfast was very adequate. It is near the train station. I can highly recommend this hotel.
