We left our luggage at the hotel after we had checked out because our flight wasn't until the evening. When we came to pick up our luggage we found my suitcases were outside of the secure room in the lobby, where anyone could have taken them. We were also told to "just take" my partner's suitcases from the "secure" room, and could just walk into it without any supervision. Luckily none of our belongings were taken, but this did not feel like a secure practice. There was also no kettle in the room, or any tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel is very close to the train station and is walking distance to the city centre. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It's too hot in the rooms, also lifts are accessible to everyone which is not safe. You should make a key system to operate the lifts.

The room was very clean and very spacious for 2 people. Loved watching Italian TV at night. The part that I loved the most in this hotel was my room. The hotel is in a central location, well connected by trains and buses. The breakfast was a little less than what I would expect, but they had honeycomb which was great.

There is no kettle or glasses in the room. There were two of us, they gave slippers for one. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The hotel is located near the metro, a good hotel, I recommend it, the breakfast is good, the staff is good.

The man receptionist in the morning is very rude. He didn't pay any attention when we arrived at the hotel and he ignored us during our accomodation. We mentioned at the hotel that the curtains did not close well and the light in the morning was coming through but they didn't do something to help us. The woman receptionist is very kind.

The location is a 10 minutes walk from piazza maggiore. The staff were friendly and informational. The rooms were clean, cozy and renovated. All in all I was very satisfied.

Room was really hot and could not regulate the air conditioning to cool as it was master controlled to heat. In turn we needed to turn air off and open windows to sleep which made it very noisy and could not sleep because of the noise.

The location is nice. We could walk to the city center for all the site seeing. And the dedicated and secure parking place is also nice. The room is quite clean. Friendly and efficient staff too.

The hallway smelled kind of bad? I'm glad the room smelled good but the hallway outside my room didn't smell nice. The bathroom shampoo/body wash good but very drying for the skin. The electric breaker box in my room was very noisy, I kept hearing the relay click all night. I could also hear some people from the other room at times, which was a little annoying.

The location is great, very very close to the central train station. Hotel felt very posh, loved all the mirrors and aesthetic of the wall paper. Staff was friendly and professional. Wifi worked well and room was very clean. View outside was also pretty cool! Bed was nice, it had two styles of pillows which I loved. Bathroom had a bidet which was a plus! I also loved the free slippers!
