Very nice, clean and well equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Not so far from Florence center, easy to walk to the center, main river, possible to find cafeterias, bars, restaurants in the area around. Possible to use hotel's SPA. Possible to park a car in hotel parking.

Loved the location - very quite and local neighbourhood. Easy to travel to the centre. Room was super comfortable and was a lovely stay.

The only problem with this property was in the bathroom poor ventilation it was a little stinky

The property was in a quiet neighborhood outside of Florence. There was a nice restaurant and bar right next-door. It was clean the pool and spa was amazing. Highly recommend.

Hidden expenses. Using the spa and parking is and additional cost which was not mentioned when booking. Booking.com also wrote that the city tax is included in the original price but they charged us when checking out anyways. It was around 200 euros extra that we had to pay for the above in the end. Overall the price is still good, but i'd rather have these included in the first place to avois having bad taste in the mouth at the end...

A proper hotel with proper breakfast. It has a spa and a parking lot. You can walk to downtown easily in 30 minutes. The price is also good.

The stuff was very professional and friendly. People on reception helped us with our bags after the check out let us leave the car on the hotel parking so we can enjoy our wine tasting even gave us umbrella when it was raining! Top of the top!!

The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the breakfast area was a bit limited. Location wise - it's about a 20 minute bus journey into town. You gotta check the bus times!

Spa is really nice, room was comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the drinking water policy, with a reusable bottle in the room, and multiple refill stations in the hotel.

We weren’t completely sold on the breakfast, but with so many great spots to eat in the city, it wasn’t a problem.

A clean and welcoming hotel with a lovely energy throughout. It had an authentic Italian charm, which really added to the experience. While the walk to the city centre is a bit long, it gave us the chance to see so much more of Florence — little streets and sights we might have missed if we’d stayed closer in.

A bit out from the centre (we knew this ahead of time, but worth pointing out). It was easy getting into town with bus 14 and it took about 15 minutes at most.

The property had the friendliest staff that were keen to assist! The facilities were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Food options were mainly near santa maria , that was the only downside.

The location is around 4 km from the train station. The overall experience was great and staff was really helpful and charming. They were very hospitable. The room came with a balcony and which gave a good experience. The hotel was well maintained and so was the room. It is a great hotel to chose :)

It was a little bit away from the centre but there was a regular bus service about 50m away.

We were given a “mini apartment” type room in the courtyard. Well equipped & spacious. Wonderful scent of jasmine in the evening 🤗 The staff were friendly & helpful. There was a facility in the foyer to refill your drinking water bottles. As we didn’t want Spa treatments, we were able to book time in the swimming pool only for a small extra charge.

The beds were a bit small, and so was the shower booth. Daily 2 free bottled water should be included in the room cost:)

The room was quiet and clean, and the staff was very friendly. It was a nice touch that the TV had English channels.

The hotel and its facilities are beautiful and modern, we were given a free upgrade as we arrived slightly before check in, and we ended up in a suite with a living room! We paid to use the spa in the evening which was amazing, the pool was perfect temperature and the other facilities in there were great (sauna, etc)

Can’t fault this hotel.

Comfortable rooms and bathrooms, staff friendly and obliging. Car parking was easy and secure. Good choice of breakfasts. Approximately 40 minute walking distance to main attractions in Florence. Jazz Bistro next door to hotel was great. Would definitely return.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the small pastry selection and coffee/tea at the reception. We had to arrive there earlier than our check in time so we stayed in the reception and it was really nice and comfortable. The location was not at the very center of Florence but we took the bus every time and it was around 13 minutes to get to the center. Just make sure you don't get fined in the bus!

Parking at €25 per day is quite expensive so we parked elsewhere

Lovely room, super friendly staff who upgraded us to a bigger room when I flagged that once the cot was in we'd have no space to move. We enjoyed the spa facilities as well.
