We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My wife and I first stayed here 12 years ago, had a wonderful experience so decided to choose it again when we re-visit Milan. Service wise and room wise, there is no degradation at all after all these years. Location is great for shopping and transportation. The hotel ideally situates in the back alley so it's really quiet.

IsraelI had no complaints, but it would have been nice to have capsule-type coffee maker in the room.
Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good by Italian hotel standards/ As always, the focus was on sweet pastries but there were excellent non-sweet options as well, some vegetables and even that rare find - natural (unsweetened) yogurt, which most hotels do not have. On the sweet side they had Tiramisu, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic if you are interested in shopping, and within reasonable walking distance from the main station, which was why I stayed there. Room was a bit on the small side but well- maintained, with good sunlight blocking, so I slept really well..

IrelandHOTEL TECO PLEASE READ THIS. We booked a taxi through the hotel. We were 5 mins early down to the lobby at 3.45am. Hotel said it would be 140 euro. Taxi driver rushed us out. We should have known ! He went through amber lights in the city. Came to the tolls at 70kmh. At one stage, he was doing 191kmh. We all saw the speed. He did bends at 160 plus. We thought we were going to die. He overtook and undertook cars, lorries everything. Nothing passed him He was on the phone, then somebody rang him he told them he would be there in 10 mins. He obviously did not want to go to the airport. When we got there, he emptied the bags. The metre said 130 but I was told it would be 140 so I had it ready. I was SO GLAD JOURNEY WAS OVER I DIDNT GET HIS NUMBER OR ASK FOR 10 EURO BACK OR HAVE A GO AT HIM. WE WERE IN COMPLETE SHOCK. Don't care about the money. It completely and utterly ruined our holiday. I actually thought if we die here how are our bodies going to get back to Ireland. Hotel Teco please never ever use this driver. Look at your CCTV. Get his number and NEVER use him again. Yes, we could have asked him to slow down but we were genuinely terrified for our lives. If anybody is going to Milan, make sure you get a bus or train to airport. If I could report him to the guards in Italy I would. THE WORST JOURNEY EVER. HOTEL TECO PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DRIVER Please do not put your guests into this man's car again. Take action.
We walked in the first day and air con was on in the lobby. Cold water available. Great first impressions. Staff very good at their job. Good breakfast. Rooms had air conditioning. Location of hotel good. 15 mins walk from milan central. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. Even had slippers for guests. There was a bar in the lobby and drinks were cold. Overall, very very good.

The room was clean and functional with enough space for a chair and desk. The bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished and was immaculate. A good varied breakfast is available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to the centre using the metro which is a few minutes walk away. My wife prefers hotels which are one star higher but she had to admit that this hotel had "worked out alright".
