There isn't really anything that I really dislike. Shower could be a bit bigger and it would be nice to have a small fridge inside the room. However these are nice to have rather than dislikes. It didn't really affect my stay.

Cute hotel with a lovely outside area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The breakfast was good with hot and continental options. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to town which is great (as it is located quite far from the town centre)

The hotel is far and has a great shuttle service however the times of the shuttle are not hourly and were a little inconvenient. We had to pay for extra shuttle service a couple of times.

Charming and quiet, our stay was delightful! The staff were warm and welcoming which added to ambiance of the hotel! Our room was decorated well and had all the basic amenities. Breakfast was an added bonus and was delicious!

What a beautiful hotel. So much attention to detail. Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was perfect. Regular Shuttle bus brought us into Monterosso and back again. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit salad. Hot and cold choices. Everything was lovely about this hotel.

If I can give more stars, I will. This is the best stay ever I had so far. The staff is extremely friendly, very good rooms, spacious, toilets were big, nice balcony. Frww shuttle service, good parking facilities, amazing two nights we had.

Very warm welcome great accommodation fabulous breakfast nothing is too much trouble for the family hosts and staff we loved our stay location is perfect we cycled in up the wooded path so only a small piece of road to negotiate comfy beds too . We ate In The restaurant the best food throughout our 15 night stay in Italy don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed

Not close town but had shuttle services that run every half hour. The staff is very accommodating and they make sure you get what you need. It’s also very peaceful and quiet. So, although you won’t be close to the town it’s a wonderful place to stay if you don’t want to be in the center of the shops and restaurants. And the hotel does have a small restaurant with sandwiches and drinks.

Gorgeous little hotel, the staff was very friendly and it was very clean 👌👌. The free shuttles to the town center are very nice. We will come back to stay there for sure!!

No tea or coffee facilities in room and no fridge... Although not a major problem as the hotel bar has everything you need.

Lovely hotel and great location in the hills above Monterosso... The onsite parking and free shuttle service to/from the town is a real bonus... Lovely breakfast.... Wish we could stay longer.

No lift, but the staff helped us carry our luggage. Location on the main road, far from the village, but strategically placed to visit the area by car.

The location is very convenient if you have a car. Although the first impression from the hotels exterior is not the best, the rooms were very modern and clean. The breakfast area and food selection was up to standards. The staff were very friendly and the shuttle bus was a bonus!

The distance from the village, I knew it wasn't central when I booked it but it was much farther out than I expected, saying that the hotel provided an excellent shuttle service.

The breakfast was excellent there was a great choice and the staff couldn't have been nicer. As a matter of fact all the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. There was a bit of a mix up with our room on arrival but it was sorted quickly and we received a complimentary drink for our trouble.

Everything. Daniella was fantastic. We actually added a day. The rooms were spotless. Breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle van- free, was an awesome perk. We will be back in about 18 months and stay 4-5 nights.

Location was a bit far out of town - the shuttle service was very good (and free) but it did require a bit of planning to book the shuttle to come and pick us up.

Daniella was very welcoming and her staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was excellent - newly refurbished bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast very copious and varied selection of food.
