Great location, comfy and unique room, silent. Wonderful roof top terrace. Great breakfast in a nearby cafe. Can’t wish for more!

In the pictures they show on the website, the room looks spacious as well as the bathroom, but in reality, the room was very small. There is no space to put away the suitcases or the close you have in them. You really have to live aut of your suitcases. The bathroom was extremely small. Both my wife and I are small framed people, but the shower was very uncomfortable for one of us to fit. I couldn't turn around in the shower, and every time I tried, I would shut off the hot water. It's definitely not for anyone who is over 5' 10", Tall and over 185 Lb. The location isn't so bad, and there are places to eat near the hotel. The hotel is advertised as Hotel iL Covo, but the name is something else. The taxi driver had to ask around for it. When we finally found it, the advertised name is not the one on the door. Breakfast, although includedwas very standard. If you do not like to eat the exact same thing every day, this is the wrong place for you. Every day, they serve the same thing and the same portion. Not exactly what I paid for.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs.

The bathroom is really cold, and the noises of the street is come in to the room loudly. The room was not sunny, there was pretty dark all the day. We can imagine a coffe machine in the room.

The destination is ideal for City tours, everything is so close from there. Breakfast is good anf enough too, the place for the meal is classic italian cafetteria.

Walls of hotel are thin which was fine during our stay as there wasn’t many people there, but can imagine if hotel is busy, might become an issue for some.

Loved the decor of the room and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the street the hotel was on. The breakfast was from a local cafe, just around the corner and it was great! Was no trouble at all, lots of food to get ready for a day full of lots of walking.

At the day of our arrival the elevator was broken. The apartment was on the very high fourth floor and was not pleasant to climb the stairs with a heavy luggage. The heating system was very noisy, which was a little bit annoying, especially when trying to sleep.

The location is perfect. Spacious rooms with all necessary. Daily cleaning.

We stayed in January and the room was so cold. The AC was there but it did not help much and it was so loud we had to turn it off when we went to sleep. i recommend this hotel but its better to go in summer than in winter. The wooden windows are simply not enough. Also breakfast was the same everyday. Not bad but it would be nice to have something else than bread, ham, cheese an croissant.

Location was great, walkable distance to all main Rome sites (10-15 mins to Colosseo and Fontana di Trevi). Room was pretty with a large bed and a nice view out of the window. Reception was open nonstop which was a plus since we check in late at night.

Hot water runs only for 5 min, I'm not sure if an air temperature system was included, but it didn't have any controls or instructions.

The location was decent, great area and good free breakfast at a bar nearby.

Loud room due to being over the street and thin walls; I was glad the people next door didn't have a great sex life. Quieter at night, except for the occasional very loud motorbike and the early morning garbage pickups and linen deliveries. In general, I'd call the amenities and room more of a two-star than a three-star hotel. No way to contact the front desk (in a different building) except by going there.

Location of the hotel was fantastic, and staff was really nice and would have been more helpful if I'd asked for more. Breakfast was good, though I'm not much of a breakfast eater. Very clean.

Place was a little further from everything we wanted to go and see (30min walks pretty much everywhere)

Room was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed for a couple nights. Receptionists were lovely and very helpful.

It appears we got a room which was adjoining to the next room as it had a door to the next room. We could hear every detail of our neighbour’s conversations and movements, which means they could probably hear us too. This caused some disturbance but wasn’t too much of a problem.

Convenient location, just a couple of minutes from Cavour Metro station. Walking distance to many tourist landmarks. Surrounded by several good options. Lovely, helpful staff. The rooms are recently renovated and cleaned daily.
