Beautiful rooms situated on fabulous terrace in the city centre

Nothing really. It was great. I did suggest that if someone arrives later past office hours it would be a good idea to leave a map of the city out. I couldn’t find one when I arrived.

I liked the location. As you were close to everything The room was lovely and big for me. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very helpful and kind. Thankyou. I really enjoyed my stay. 😍

Maybe mosquito nets would have been great on windows and balcony door.

Giulia at reception was welcoming, kind and extremely helpful!! There was no question she didn’t know the answer for. Breakfast was very tasty and sufficient.

The AC was a bit stinky.

Most comfortable beds and pillows in the world! Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was great, fresh and so many options! The personnel was super kind. We had a room facing the street, but there was no noise. Big room.

Perfect location close to the city center and the harbor, if you want to have a nice walk. The rooms are situated in the inner block, so it's quite calm. The staff was perfect, helpful and kind. Breakfast very nice. :)

The quality of the breakfast was very good. As a suggestion however I would have like to have a few more options that were not sweet. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a suite with a great balcony but it did not get the afternoon sun We were only there one day and after travelling from Alghero thought it was be nice to have some sun and relax Having said that the suite was great

Our week at Il Gallo Bianco Hotel was wonderful. The location is ideal, close to the historic center and public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh local products. A big thank you to Ramil Mendoza, who made each breakfast warm and pleasant; it was a pleasure to chat with him. Giulia at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly during the booking process and throughout our stay. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Cagliari.

Lobby was extremely hot. Broken elevator put a huge strain on our bodies. Should be discounted for big inconvenience.

LOCATION WAS PHENOMENAL! Just a quick walk to the train station. Nice common areas and the room was perfect.

Excellent location close to marina and restaurants; bus easily accessible 5 Min walk to bus stop to get bus directly to the beach ; comfortable spacious lovely exceptional clean room and quiet ac; breakfast was perfect thank you for a great stay!

I had to change flight as I was getting in too late to check-in. There was no iron (normally I wouldn’t care but it says they have them and had planned on it) but honestly that is not a reason to not stay here. They really are great!

Very clean and everyone was extremely kind & helpful. The breakfast was simple but perfect and the staff was so accommodating. They helped arrange a taxi for our departure too

The balcony was very wet after a heavy rain; nothing to sweep it off with. The draining was a little poor. The view over the railway was not so nice but that was what it was.

Breakfast prepared and served by hotel crew. Coffee brewed excellent! - all the best products, nothing to long for.
