The location is fantastic. Super easy to reach by public transport. The staff was incredible! Many thanks to Gianluca (I believe) who was extremely kind and friendly during our stay. The room is SUPER clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good but the options are rather limited

The location was perfect at the beginning of the upper city. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast is very good. The GPS directions to the property are not very good. We were lost for quite a while by car.

The cappuccino at breakfast is should be prepared with fresh milk. The breakfast room in the basement is too small., although if the weather is nice you seem allowed to go to the terrace

Very confortable position. From some rooms and the terrace there is a wonderful view. The rooms are well equipped confortable and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The design othing major but of the room was just not practical, with before lamps you had to leave your bed for to turn on or off, shower that flooded the bathroom etc nothing major but for that price I expected more comfort

Very nice and cosy hotel. Really close to the Old Town. It was a business trip with a huge plane delay but everything was good.

Would have liked a room with a view, especially when staying for 7 nights

Le Funi was in a great position within the old town easy walking distance of the Main Street where many restaurant shops etc are situated. Hotel staff were very helpful. Also close to bus stop where a bus runs every 15mins to the station and airport! The funicular to the castle was close by too. Would not hesitate to stay again xx

The breakfast place at Le Funi Hotel is a little cramped and was a bit overwhelmed during the period we visited. Le Funi Hotel did recommend the restaurant La Ripa which is in the connected building, however despite recommendation and the good reviews on google we were rather disappointed by both the service and the food at La Ripa.

Very friendly and professional staff, we were made to feel welcome right from the start and through our stay. The rooms where nice, of good quality and clean and the location convenient, just 5-10mins away from the beginning/end of the main throughfare of Bergamo alto. The breakfast buffet was very nice too.

Staff was very helpful, they arranged our breakfast at 6 in the morning ,because we were in a hurry for the airplane. Great location, very pretty and super decorated rooms. Amazing view, it really exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely great and lovely! The restaurant nearby has to be seen, food was very, very tasty!!

Nothing! There is a steep hill to the hotel but they can't change that and it provides amazing views but worth noting if it might be an issue for you.
