There were no slippers for the bathroom, the floor and curtains were dirty

Mirella and Marina were amazing, lovely and very helpfull. We needes iron and kettle they brought to the room for us. The room was in another building but that was not a problem. Mirella and Marina was always avaliable ❤️ The room was great, very clean, and in great location.

We were just a few minutes after midnight because of bad traffic and we had to pay an extra fee for the late check-in, as reception is till 0:00 But it is mentioned in terms and conditions, so fair enough.

The ladies at the reception were very nice and welcoming. The rooms aren't big, but enough for our group. Everything was nice & tidy. Close to Termini Station. Walking distance to the Colosseum.

My room was in another building, on the first floor, the rest was residential I think, but it was somehow charming.

Wanted to stay in Rome, even though my main purpose was to visit Ostia Antica. Also my flights were early and it was a short visit. So the location near Termini was excellent - Metro and the Leonardo train express to Fiumicino. Near some simple but very good restaurants with great value for money, as opposed to more central touristic parts of Rome. Friendly stuff. Room super small, but very comfy! If you just come back to the room to sleep, it’s great.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had issues with the next accommodation and Hotel II Papavero were so helpful in contacting Booking.Com for us. The location was great of this accommodation was really close to the train station. The room was very basic but at the same time very comfortable and affordable for the one night we were there.

The bathroom was really tiny and was a challenge to take a shower in the shower cabin. There was No wifi in the room, only around reception.

We asked for a quiet room with a double bed and a fridge and we got it. Everything was fine, basic furniture but there is everything you need. We asked for additional blankets they gave us immediately. We find easy the hotel, it is in 10 minutes from Termini. We spend pleasant time in Rome. Thans for the good service.

After we arrived, we were told we had to pay extra to get an air conditioned room. The shower handle didn't fit in the stand properly so it would fall off the wall and spray everywhere every time the water pressure was adjusted. The room was much smaller than it looked like on the website.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The location was convenient. The proprietor was friendly.

They change the towels every 3 days and they have no A/C. They provide a small fan for the room which they actually threatened us with a note that they would take away if we overused it. The WiFi was dead for most of our stay and some rooms had no WiFi at all.

The mattresses were amazing. The location was good.

As it was summer, the facility didnt have any airconditioning, but price potentailly reflected this. Private bathroom as very clean and spacious. Staff were pleasant. RE basilico Ristorante - Pizzeria across the road was fantastic and supportive also.

The Location of the hotel was close to the Main train station and I could go anywhere easily, a lot of good restaurants were around, and the staff was very friendly.
