CanadaThe breakfast provided had very poor coffee, so bitter in fact after the second try, we didn't get it anymore. The cold cuts were left out in the open, the yogurt was not chilled, the juices were very weak tasting. The bacon that was offered wasn't cooked enough.
The location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was decent. The fruits that were offered were good, but should have been chilled rather than on open plates. The pastries were very good. The scrambled and hard boiled eggs were good.

GermanyAs it appeared, the floors of the room and bathroom were not cleaned before I arrived. I saw a lot of black hair all over the floor and even on the bed, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had to clean the floor myself. The bedsheets, mattress, and pillows smelled like sweat, too. Not so pleasant. The rest of the hotel room seemed fine, and the cleaners changed my towels and bedsheets regularly. However, it seemed like there weren't any set times when the room was supposed to be cleaned and there weren't any door signs provided, so it happened that the cleaners walked into my room once when I was still in the room. All in all, I would still recommend the hotel due to its great location and value for money.
The staff was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. Even though it took quite some time to walk to the city centre every day (37 minutes), the hotel was located right by the beach, which is great if you enjoy long beach walks.
