It feels like home to stay here. Quiet place although near the street, clean and comfy. It is close to Monti's points of interest and close to the Metro station. Federica, the owner, is very kind and always ready to answer questions about the recommended place/cafes to visit. Federica prepares a booklet of information on nearby attractions, restaurants, cafes, cheap grocery stores etc. You can find this useful booklet in the room. Value for money. Last but not least, breakfast is cute and tasty.

This property is amazing. The perfect mix of antiqua and comfort. The location is perfect for Coleseum and Roman Forum. Beautiful Basilicas nearby and authentic cafes. Our host Federica was so welcoming and made sure we had fresh picnic baskets to eat local patisserie and water. Saved us breakfast and buying expensive water elsewhere. We will be back! We loved the owner, she was so welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and so quiet. The room was of a basic decor but had all the necessary amenities…..and a great shower!

We loved everything about our stay in Rome. The Inn Urbe is in a fantastic location, very close to the Colosseo and the Forum Romanum. Many restaurants are closeby. Access to public transport is great as well. Ferderica and her family are so welcoming and really look after you.

The location was superb! Convenient to so many shops metro sightseeing locations. Frederica went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. Her communication was timely and consistent. The daily breakfast box was such fun and thoroughly appreciated.

Breakfast was limited to yogurt, juice, coffee and a small assortment of pre-packeged buns and pastries. Those with heavy bags of mobility issues should be aware that the rooms area long walk-up from the entry level. No lift.

This small b and b (4 rooms) is well-located, an easy walk to the Colosseum and other sites, with metro stops nearby. Although on-site only from 9 am to 1 pm, Federica is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful (via what's app when off-site).

This is the first bed and breakfast that I've ever stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised. The check in process was keyless and really easy. The entire place was clean and comfortable. There was a fully stocked mini frig (included). Each morning there was a fully stocked breakfast box. The location is perfect. Only 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The communication with Fredrica was excellent and she was very accommodating.

The location is perfect: 3 min from Cavour metro station. The room is super clean and cozy. The double bed is a king size bed, mattress is firm and comfortable. Many thanks to Federica - the owner of the appartment, she was very helpful during our stay in Rome. Moreover, we liked that there was an opportunity to buy water in the hall of the apartments, it was very comfortable. All in all, everything was perfect! When I come to Rome next time, I will definetely stay there.
