The temperature wasn't changing - the air conditioner didn't really do its job. But not a big issue. No soap.

The covers on the bed are incovenient as they are covered above and below and not really tucked into a sheet.

The host is amazing, cleaned the room every day. Very nice and pleasant! The connections to city center are good and there are several options (metro and a few buses). Also the stores are near.

The metro station is near and well connected, Conad is just across the street which is basically everything you need :) The host is super kind and arranged our transportation from the airport to the accommodation and back.

Sound proffing does not exist, neither on the inside of the building nor from sounds coming from outside. The kitchen has the minimum necessary. The worst thing was that while everything seemed cleaned and prepared for our stay, the floors where really really dusty.. The socks would get soiled immediately. We were not prepared with slippers nor was the host. So.. Socks were sacrificed.

The place was decent, well positioned and well equipped with the minimum necessary.

Very clean apartment, but very small :) One of two rooms is without any window. Not so far from Metro station. Lot of small markets, restaurants around. Good price and quality version.

Only 2 of the 3 doublerooms have a kitchen, and you have to specify that you want a kitchen when booking which I though was unclear. But when we notifed the staff of this mixup, they were really nice and helped us switch rooms as soon as one became avalieble which was really nice. The kitchen was also rather simple (no oven or large knives), but works for simplier cooking.

We really liked the location, the staff and the flexible check-in. Nice and comfortable room. I would recommend it and also stay at again if returning to Rome.

Quality and price are reasonable. Nice stuff. Just remember you pay city tax additionally to regular price of the room. Room is quite tidy. guys are cleaning that every day. You have a small kitchen with a fridge and a small oven and can cook.

Room is very small, mainly bathroom is so tiny. I guess, it is a compromise to stay in the city while paying less.

The location was close to Bologna metro station, so we could avoid the Rome's road traffic (at least some of it). The room was clean and they used to clean everyday. It has the basic kitchen ware and super market is close by, so we could cook and get something to eat from super market.

Just the pillow sheets could be more clean. And the flushing in the toilet was akward but funny .

The late check in with the safe was cool, because we came around 23 o'clock. Beds are comfortable and the stuff nice. The beds we're made everyday and clean towels everyday. Bologna Metro is nearby and Bus line 62 is also right around the corner.

Only one problem - there is no soundproofing, and if the neighbors sneezed, you will certainly know about it.

the hotel is very conveniently located, 8 minutes walk to the metro, in front of the hotel there are good grocery stores and excellent restaurants and cafes. The staff is very friendly.

Our room was the first room upon check so it was noisy. It didn't impact my family too much but would have preferred a quieter room.

Check in was easy the host was helpful Great hotel located near a metro station within 6 min walk station Bologna. which takes you to most locations in Rome or you can change at Termini.
