The sound proofing is not great, the guests above us were early risers, and could easily be heard walking and moving upstairs. It's a minor detail.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro and local amenities with central station.

The iQ Hotel Milano was centrally located, near the train station, which made it convenient for exploring Italy outside of Milan. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The family loved the breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Milan.

Great location opposite the main train station for day trips to Lake Como, Verona or Bergamo. Metro tram stop opposite for a 2 euro 5 minute ride to the centre by Duomo. Hot cooked breakfast and air con in rooms were great.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter, and they were absolutely delighted. Excellent service, tasty breakfasts with fresh juice. The spa is available by appointment and features a large jacuzzi with a wonderful view. Very friendly staff and a cozy room. They arrived by bus from the airport and enjoyed a short walk from the train station to the hotel.

Perfect location - so close to Milan Central Train Station while away from areas that look like seedy. Super clean. Breakfast reasonably gd. Staff nice. Have luggage deposit. Just better if the shower space is slightly bigger.

Check-in was at 2pm but as we were arriving on the first flight of the day, I asked if we could check in between 10 and 11am. They told us that if the room was available, they would be able to sort that out. Finally, I think the room was ready around 12.30pm, so we'd had to hang around waiting for a bit that was a bit annoying. The communication around this was fine, but I think more could have been done could have get us checked in earlier. The only other small negative was the noise from the trams - they rumble around the city and this disturbed my girlfriend's sleep a little, but was no problem for me as a heavier sleeper.

We booked this hotel for the location, close to the train station, I was excited about the spa with a sauna, and the photos presented a modern, cool looking hotel. In the end, I never got to the spa so can't comment on that. But the location was spot on for us, and the photos were a fair representation of what we found as well - the room was clean and tidy, the service/staff were very good in general. Free mini-bar with juice, water and some biscuits, the normal tea and coffee making facilities, all of which was replenished each day. We were also offered free drinks in the bar upstairs, which we also didn't check out on this occasion.
