Watching a few children on the springy horse in the play area near D block. There is a possibility that if they swung the horse hard they could have fallen off backwards and hit their heads on the wall behind. Maybe worth, if possible, to alter the angle of horse.

Resort convenient for the bus, ferry and lake shore line. Comfy beds and all you needed in the kitchen area.

Only two comments: Bathroom deserves a little design improvement: almost no space to store personal stuff, poor light, noisy and outdated fan. No problem, but deserved better for a nice place like this. More sunbeds would enable more guests to enjoy the pool.

Perfect location, at the lake and close to various nice villages alongside Lake Garda. Very good facilities (nice pool, parking garage, gym, restaurant). Dara is really nice and helpful and gave us a lot of tips for daytrips and restaurants. Would love to come back here.

Staff were really friendly and helped with our taxi to the hotel. The room was clean and nice & the restaurant had nice food. Quiet location but scenery is beautiful.

The only very small downside is that if you have a room over looking the lake there is traffic noise.

The property is lovely - very clean and spacious apartments with beautiful views of the lake. The restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. The staff (especially Andrew) were fantastic and very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Have to be a bit of an IT whizz kid to get the TV to work but once set up, it was ok.

It was a very big apartment. Very clean. Good amenities. Needed a car to get in and out Malcesine otherwise it’s a 1 hour walk.

The only thing missing, but thats only if you are drinking coffee from moka, its moka. Just bring it with you :)

Everything was right how it has to be, even better. Appartment is new, has everything you need for your stay on high level. Staff in extra friendly, mini market you have across the street.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Our apartment was extremely clean and modern. We felt very safe staying here as 2 young friends travelling. The views of the lake and mountains from our apartment were exceptional!

No lift from the parking to the room, the restaurant was closed for dinner

The rooms were large and spacious, easy parking, very close to the lake, the reception was very kind and helpful with great trip ideas. Breakfast was nice (not included). Many places to hang coats, towels.,

Pool is not heated. A bit of noise from the room next door. Took awhile to check in as there were a lot of people checking in when we were, but that couldn't be helped.

First apartment toilet would not flush. Second apartment had a bigger terrace and better view. Micro wave was dirty and very high up, if you were short it was difficult to reach safely. There was no advance information other than the Booking .com information. There was a building site next door which started work at 07:30.

Location was good. Secure car park. Supermarket across the road. Swimming pool (unheated). Very good lakeside view. Restaurant on the complex.

Run out of shampoo very quickly. No conditioner. Lights are quite dim. No washer/laundry.

The location is great. You have a lot of parking space. Very clean. The personnel are very friendly.
