A great apartment, well-equipped. There weren't many tourists during peak season. It's a great base for exploring nearby beaches and attractions. Parking is available in paid spaces marked in blue on the EasyPark app, and it's not very expensive. Free parking is also available, but you have to drive a little further to Via Vittorio Veneto, where I've always found something.

have to praise this host. Helpful and indeed very honest! We lost a wallet with cards and money. It probably fell somewhere in the apartment. We were more than halfway to the next place when a message came about the finding of the wallet in the apartment. The host is so friendly and sends everything to us. I definitely recommend this landlord and the apartment is very nice and the terrace is large and useful.

Great apartment and host- easy access to the property which was in a great location with everything you could need both in the apartment and locally for an enjoyable stay. We only wished we could stay longer! - An extremely efficient but also very helpful and friendly service from their representative Giorgio. We look forward to returning soon.

All perfect. A minor technical issue was quickly solved. Giorgio an excellent host, fast reaction on the app! Wished other parts of Europe would give the same customer service, i was positively surprised by Sicily, and Modica! Excellent food- and wineplaces!

This is a beautiful decorated and modern apartment. Everything was really comfortable and it was so great to have a washing machine and a verandah. All the equipment you need for cooking. The pizza restaurant Ego across the street was excellent too. Apartment is a few minutes walk from plenty of parking as well as a supermarket. Giorgio supplied details of where to find important things which was appreciated.

Great, stylish, well aquipped apartament in the small street, just few steps from main Street in the Town. All places of interest in walking distance. important - the street was so calm, that we could sleep with windows opened even though it's town's centre. Only Saturday nights we heard some live street music - very good one by the way. Free parking available in around 5 minutes walking distance. very gentle and helpful staff !! Gracie!!

The street the apartment is in was a little gritty on arrival but was very quiet and safe. Shower cubicle is small if you are tall but is manageable.

The apartment was large with a big separate bedroom and storage area for suitcases. Washing machine, iron and ironing board were excellent inclusions. Apartment had everything needed including a beach umbrella and was in a very central location. Prepayment by bank transfer was unusual but went smoothly and we received a confirmation email that payment had been received. Supermarket a short ten minute walk away. The contact helped settle us in and was available if needed. Free parking was close by and the area felt safe. Restaurant just below the apartment was excellent. Balcony is a bonus but is very difficult to keep clean and be used with the summer heat and dust that covers everything.

A spacious one bedroom flat on the first floor in a quiet back street of Modica. Tastefully furnished with good quality bed and amenities. New appliances including washing machine with detergent provided. It felt like a home away from home. Parking was easily sorted (few minutes walk away to free parking) as was dropping off luggage (directly in front of the apartment). Our host Giovanni was very hospitable and helpful. It's a short walk to the main areas of interest as many good eating places. Small supermarket for essentials about 5 mins walk. We would stay again if back in Modica.

He ensured that we knew where the best spots of lunch and granite - as well as taking us to a car parking area - and then taking us back in his car, to the accommodation. We loved everything!

Wow! This apartment with terrace (Amaranto) was just perfect! Ideal location with easy access to free parking, grocery shopping, and many of Modica's sights. While just off the main street, it is a quiet (especially with the double-paned windows) nicely designed, and very recently updated apartment with all amenities, a super comfortable bed, and a huge terrace. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, but don't miss the incredible pizzeria (Frumento) just next door. The gracious, English-speaking host met us upon arrival, carried our bags up the one flight to the apartment, gave us the run-down of the place, and then, with a map, gave us a wonderful orientation to Modica and environs. Then he proceeded to lead us the few blocks to free parking and explained the parking rules for the city. Host remained very responsive throughout our six day stay. All in all, it could not have been better!

Centrally located in lovely Modica. The apartment was stylish, clean and roomy and had a spacious balcony. All useful appliances were there. Landlord Giovanni was very nice, came to welcome us and was full of very nice ideas on what to visit, where to eat and the local things not to miss out on.
