All was ok. Wish I could stay longer

The apartment clean with everything in it! Welcome wine and water awaiting in the fridge. The owner very nice and helpful.There was no breakfast on site as this is an apartment. However, the owner left us all the information about breakfast possibilities nearby with a discount also. All the information about places to see and how to get waiting on the table. Definitely recommend! Would like to come back one day.

Location was great, a short walking distance to Ortigia. The room was a good size for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids). Valeria, our host, helped us constantly, pointing places to visit, or to eat, even after we had already left the place! She was very thoughtful and attentive to our needs.

the apt. is nice, spacious and clean walking distance to centre. there is reception and the lady there is very helpful ,arranged a taxi for us, and explained everything and also gave us tip where to get breakfast. I would recommend the apt.

Nothing, everything was good and the people at the apartment lovely!

No breakfast on site but an agreement with a local bar for a pastry and hot drink for just a few Euros each. Plenty of local bars in the area for a coffee and only 5-10 mins walk over the bridge to Ortigia for all the restaurants you could need. The apartment was a little oasis in a fairly quiet residential area - a great size and really clean with welcome cookies and a local spciality drink which was lovely. Kitchenette with a full fridge, Nespresso machine and kettle etc. so very useful.

There is a busy road nearby, I haven’t heard anything but my boyfriend was a little bothered by the cars. So if you are a light sleeper you might hear some noice.

We were a total of 6 ladies in 2 apartments. I expected three of us to be accommodated in an apartment. I don't know why, but we were in one apartment - two, in the other four. This created a bit of discomfort - four people to use one bathroom and toilet is not ok. Everything else is great. The hostess is a gorgeous person. We cordially congratulate her.

Nothing:, everything was perfect :) Except - don't book on B00king,com - they refused to honour a discount on my other booking and denied any discount was ever offered, and refused to check their records to verify my claim. Very disappointed with their service. Use Ag0da or another booking site. (This was not the hotel's fault).

This was the highlight of my whole trip - The rooms were huge with separate kitchen, living room, bedroom and walk-in robe. - The most kind and helpful hosts I've met, who really think of everything - there's a free laundry (they even provide washing powder), a folder full of more tourist info and recommendations than Lonely Planet, the kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee machine (unlike some B&Bs who give you 3 plates and 1 small saucepan). They really have thought of everything - Location is great - a nice 5-10 walk to the old town, with plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby - Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe - Plenty of free street parking out the front or on nearby streets - parking was never an issue - The hosts sent me a code to access my room on arrival, so I could arrive anytime I wanted.

Amazing space. Easy to drive in and parking right in front. Also a great location to walk to Ortigia, the coastal sea path, and the archeological site. There is also a washing machine which is nice. There were explanations printed on how to use everything which was great and a what to do around town book. Plus welcome cookies and Moscato.

Valeria, the owner of the apartment, is very helpful – after a warm welcome she provided us with a lot of suggestions and recommendations for Siracusa, but also for our following cities that we planned to visit. We appreciate the welcome cookies and Sicilian wine as well as the bottle of water – very attentive! The room is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. We can highly recommend staying in Kyanos Residence for visiting Ortigia which is reachable within walking minutes. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated, parking is free on the street in front of the door. Perfect choice – we are very satisfied!

Quick responsive hostess, who was eager to explain and help. It was a large appartement, not just a room, close to the touristic area of Ortigia, with free parking available. The bed sheets and towels are these amazing hotel fluffy ones.

It was a great stay. We stayed for one more night. The apartment is big, spacious, with a lot of light, a terrace with a table. A kitchen is equipped with everything. Check-in was simple with Valeria's instructions. Free parking is near. Valeria answers all your questions and ready to help in any situations. Highly recommended.

It was a spacious, clean apartament. Close to the Ortigia island. We were happy that we've changed our minds and didn't book an accommodation at Ortigia and had to pay extra money for the car park. It was very easy park next to the Kyanos Residence at the public free car park. Valeria was a very nice, helpful and caring host. We can recommend this location as an excellent point to explore the other parts of the east coast of Sicily.
