Amazing view from the terrace. Lovely owner who was very helfpul and comunicative. The apartment is conveniently located in a residential street, only a ten-minute walk from the heart of the city centre.

Everything was great

comfortable room with private detached bathroom was good, but real highlight was the shared Terrace which has a gorgeous view of the water in one direction and local church in the other direction. Nice coffee was provided and we enjoyed not only our mornings but also wine in the evenings just sitting with the views and the sunsets.  there are lots of nice patisserie‘s, restaurants and markets close by and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in old town as well.  our host  Gian Pietro was extremely gracious and most helpful  with directions, dining, suggestions, and getting a taxi on our last day to the train station.  hopefully we will be back again.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, near nice restaurants, the train and a supermarket. The room and bathroom is exceptionally clean, and we were welcomed to use the coffee machine and terrace which was lovely! Communication from the host was also quick, friendly and simple. Definitely highly recommend!

Everything was great!

The B&B is on the top floor of a very nice old building of apartments. Our host Gian was great from start to finish and was really helpful in making us feel as comfortable as possible for our very short stay. The room itself is a nice size and the bathroom is just a few steps away with everything we needed. Gian invited us up to the roof terrace where he had set up two sun-loungers and told us we were very welcome to use those and also the coffee machine. The view from the terrace was super and we watched the cruise ships all setting off for a while before heading just across the road to a very nice pizza restaurant. The bus stop for the train station link was literally at the bottom of the road so we had an easy onward journey.

everything was perfect

We could only stay 1 night but would have loved 2 or 3. The host is a kind and helpful gentleman- we felt so welcome as soon as we arrived. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and was an awesome place to enjoy an espresso in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Easy to find from the train station by bus, or a short taxi ride away if you’d prefer. If this space is available for your time in Genova, book it with no hesitation.
