You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe staff was amazing, the place was squeaky clean, easily accessible (with the key, of course), close with a lot of fantastic restaurants and attractions, and with the bus stop within walking distance. The room was very quiet and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and really fed the feeling of staying in a 5-stars hotel room. A wide choice of local products was available for breakfast, along with more classic options. The owner seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure my stay was as worry-free as possible.

CanadaFantastic location overlooking the harbour. Check in was a hassle, had to book a specific time for check in as the B&B has no staff on site, quite inflexible about checking in outside of designated time. Check out very easy, leave key on desk at reception area, honor system for anything used from mini bar by leaving € on the desk. Free parking is only available on the street, you can arrange secure parking a few blocks away for €10 per night. We parked our motorbike below the B&B in a pedestrian area to unload our panniers and had Marco phone the garage for us. Marco very helpful with suggestions for dinner and location of attractions. Huge room overlooking the harbor, large French doors with private balcony. Great air conditioning, adequate TV, kettle and cups, mini fridge, room safe. There is a small communal roof top garden area accessed through the kitchen. We had dinner at a small unassuming pizzeria away from the central tourist area (pizzeria Francesco) where all the locals were getting take-out - delicious! Breakfast at the B&B was serve-yourself, adequate, typical Italian pastries, cakes, yogurt, some fruit, pod-style coffee maker with milk steamer. Manfredonia is a great town, really comes alive at night and this B&B is in the middle of the action, a 4 piece band plays nostalgic covers right below the B&B until midnight!
