The double beds are not cozy. Is is time to replace the mattress. And there are not enough plates, glasses and cutlery for 6 people!

We liked the location of the facility as it is in walking distance to the center. We also managed to find a parking space close to the facility. The whole apartment was big enough for 6 people. There was also a balcony.

The facilities are quite outdated and not very convincente i,e the shore was not properly working, lack of conviniéndole electrical charges, the kitchen needs more pots. The linen was microfibres grey color thus not very good as feeling. The check in was quite hectic we struggled 30-4o minutes to find the property and to enter the apartment.

Apartment needs to be renovated; parking on the street, although it is free and we found parking place in a reasonably short time.

First impression when we entered apartment was not very good, due to some strange construction solutions, but overall, this is beautiful, huge apartment, very clean, but little outdated and it needs renovation. Looking at some details, one can see that in some decades ago this was well equipped, huge apartment in great location. Anyway, this apartment has everything you need and it is perfectly located for exploring Matera, everything is in walking distance. Everything is very spacious, and in case it would be renovated, it could be considered as luxurious accommodation.

The place was very good for us, very spacious bedrooms, the location is a few minutes from the old town, that was perfect as it is very noisy to the late night in the old town., but also the night life was very nice to see. It is safe to wolk.

Host kinda rude on the phone, upon arrival. Booking says it has parking, it doesn't. The parking space in the facilities is street parking, city own first comes first served. The second bathroom is a half bath, no shower nor bathtub in there. The elevator doesn't work if you are not inside already pushing the doors to close them.

There was a total of 5 keys to access the apartment. The elevator was very old, small, and needs two keys to work. The stove was a gas stove, and we were not comfortable using it, as it was not working properly. The neighbour has parking spaces but all of them are occupied. You need to be lucky to find one after several minutes of driving around. The host did make us wait even though I specifically told him I was with kids and communicated continuously my location, and arrived exactly in the agreed time.

This apartment had a good location. It was also spacious. The beds were comfortable.

There was no lounge to sit and relax. The room just after the entry served no purpose if that was supposed to be a lounging area. There was some mould in the shower that could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was packaged items apart from the cereal and milk that was available as an alternative. If you wanted to do some hand washing you couldn't use the clothes line as it was very dirty and covered in bird droppings. The elevator which was useful is quite dated and claustrophobic.

Location is good, bedrooms were large, kitchen was ok, bathroom and separate powder room were advantageous with having 4 adults. Milk, cereal, water and drinks that were supplied were appreciated. Having an elevator to transport luggage from ground to level 4 was most helpful even though it was dated.

Such spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Francesco was more than helpful and ready to answer all my questions. The apartment is 5 minutes away from Matera’s old town which was breathtaking!
